绩效考核在护理管理中的应用效果观察

目的 该文就绩效考核在护理管理中的应用效果进行观察与探究。方法 选择该院50名护理人员进行研究，按照随机表法进行平均分组，每组护理人员25名。予以绩效考核制度的25名护理人员设为观察组，予以常规制度的25名护理人员设为参照组，最后将两组护理人员考核后的护理质量满意度和带教满意度进行对比。结果 两组护理人员经不同方法考核后，观察组护理质量满意度同参照组进行比对，明显较高，护理质量评分同参照组进对比，也明显较高，组间数据结果由统计学软件进行分析检验，观察组和参照组差异显著。结论 在护理管理中应用绩效考核，效果理想，不仅使护理人员工作积极性得以提高，其护理差错率也得到明显降低，因此该方法可以在临床上进一步推广和实践。

［Abstract］Objective To observe and study the application effect of performance examination in the nursing management. Methods 50 nursing personnel were selected for research and randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases，the observation group adopted performance examination system，the control group adopted routine system，and the nursing quality satisfactory degree and teaching satisfactory degree of the two groups after examination were compared at final.Results After examination，the nursing quality satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，and the nursing quality score was obviously higher than that in the control group，and the data between groups were analyzed and tested by the statistical software，and the difference between the two groups was obvious.Conclusion The effect of the application of performance examination in nursing management is ideal，which can not only improve the work enthusiasm of nursing staff but also can obviously reduce the nursing error rate，therefore，the method is worth further promotion and practice in clinic.

绩效考核在临床中应用较为广泛，尤其在护理管理中。该管理模式主要对护理人员的工作进行评价，且由3个流程组成，即绩效目标的确定、绩效考核以及结果反映情况［1］。一般而言，开展绩效考核时，可以使护理人员自我约束能力得以明显提高，同时对其行为进行规范，与此同时，可以使其素质得以明显提高，因此，在临床护理工作中，起着重要的作用［2］。为此，该研究为探究绩效考核的应用价值，选择该院某一科室的护理人员50例进行研究，现报道如下。……
