转型背景下学前教育专业学生就业竞争力提升途径研究

摘要：高等教育转型是当前我国的社会热点，转型的实质是一批院校向应用型、职业型转变。西安翻译学院结合高等教育的发展方向和新趋势，着力探索自身转型的新思路、新途径，规划了一批示范特色专业进行转型试点改革，学前教育专业就是其中之一。本文结合学前教育专业发展的现状和问题分析，提出了几点转型背景下增强本专业学生就业竞争力的建议。

Abstract： The transformation of higher education is a hot social spot in China， the essence of the transformation is a group of colleges and universities transform to applied type and occupation type. Combined with the development direction amd new trends of the of higher education， Xi'an Fanyi University focus on exploring the new ideas and new ways of the transformation and plans a batch ofdemonstration characteristic specialties to carry out the pilot reform of the transformation， the preschool education professional is one of them. Combined with the present situation of development and the problem analysis of preschool education professional， this paper puts forward several suggestions to increase the employment competitiveness of the students in this professional under the background of transformation.

0 引言

当前，高等教育转型是我国的社会热点，国家通过教育结构的战略性调整，来解决当前“大学生过剩”与“市场需求技术技能人才严重缺乏”冰火两重天的反差格局。今年国家普通高等院校中将有600多所院校进行转型，转向应用型、职业教育，人才培养模式侧重职业素质和职业能力的培养。西安翻译学院作为民办普通高校中的领头军，结合我国高等教育的发展方向和转型趋势，经过科学研判和认真分析、研讨，认识到转型发展的必要性和紧迫性，着力探索促进自身转型发展的新思路、新举措，加快推进学院内涵发展和特色发展的步伐，同时规划了一批示范特色专业进行转型试点改革，学前教育专业就是其中之一。

1 学前教育专业发展的现状和问题
