介入治疗中医护人员的辐射防护问题及对策

介入放射学是多学科知识为一体的新兴临床边缘学科，是在现代影像诊断设备导向下精确地进行微创治疗的医疗专业。介入放射学在疾病的诊断和治疗中起到了极大的作用，但是大部分介入治疗是在X射线下进行的一系列操作，因此具有近距离操作、操作时间长、受照剂量大等特点，医护人员不可避免的在术中受到较大剂量的照射。作者就介入放射学辐射防护的特点、存在的问题及防护措施研究进行论述。

［Abstract］The intervention radiology is a new clinical interdisciplinary subject integrating multi-subject knowledge together and a medical major of accurately conducting the mini-invasive surgical treatment guided by the modern imaging diagnosis equipment，which plays a great role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases，but most intervention treatments are a series of operations under X-ray，therefore，they have the features of close operation，long operation time and big exposure dose.And the medical personnel inevitably suffer larger-dose exposure in the operation.The paper elaborates the features，issues and prevention measures of intervention radiology radiation protection.

介入放射学是集临床医学、影像诊断学、微创治疗和生物医学工程技术等多学科知识为一体的新兴临床边缘学科，是在现代影像诊断设备导向下精确地进行微创治疗的医疗专业，已成为外科、内科之外的第三大学科［1］。介入放射学在疾病的诊断和治疗中起到了极大的作用，但是大部分介入治疗是在X射线下进行的一系列操作，因此具有近距离操作、操作时间长、受照剂量大等特点，医护人员在术中受到较大剂量的照射是不可避免的，因此国家将介入放射学、传统X射线影像诊断、核医学和放射治疗学在新颁布的《放射诊疗管理规定》中明确规定进行专项管理。……
