民办高校大学生个性化发展培养模式探索

摘 要 大学生个性化发展是高校教育的重要任务。通过对大学生个性化发展培养现状的深入了解，分析民办高校大学生个性化发展培养模式可能存在的问题，在此基础上提出民办高校大学生个性化发展的培养计划，明确培养对象和培养目标，提出相应的培养方式及培养实施安排，并且探索培养模式的考核内容。

Abstract The individualization development of undergraduate is animportant task of university education. Through the indepth know-ledge of the current situation of undergraduate individualization de-velopment， the potential problems of the cultivation mode of indivi-dualization development of undergraduate in private university areanalyzed， based on that， cultivating plan of Individualization deve-lopment of undergraduate in private university is proposed， clear the cultivating objects and targets， put forward the corresponding culti-vating methods and implementation of arrange men， and explore the evaluation Contents of the Cultivation Model.

1 大学生个性化发展重要性

我国制定了“中国制造2025”，主要是针对我国工业大而不强、亟待转型升级的阶段性矛盾更为突出，依然存在发展方式粗放、结构不合理、核心技术受制于人、资源环境约束化等深层次矛盾的问题。其中，自主创新能力弱、部分关键核心技术缺失是该矛盾和问题的主要表现之一。大学生的个性化发展离不开创新能力的培养，如何培养具有强烈创新意识和实践能力的高素质人才，以适应社会的持续发展，是当前社会对我国高等教育提出的新的要求和挑战[1-2]。

2 大学生个性化发展培养现状

目前针对大学生个性化发展培养方面的教育教学改革有以下两类。

面向全体学生的培养方式改革 采用此类培养方式改革的以“985”“211”类高校为主，强调培养宽厚的大通识基础，适当弱化专业教育，个性化的课程选择及专业选择覆盖全校范围。以南京大学的“三三制”教学改革为例，该校打破了传统专业教育……
