国内外智库研究态势知识图谱对比分析

〔摘要〕[目的/意义]对比分析国内外智库领域的研究动态和发展趋势，追踪国内外研究前沿与热点，探究未来智库领域的研究趋势。[方法/过程]搜集SCI和CNKI数据库中国内外智库研究的相关文献，运用文献计量、对比分析和知识图谱可视化研究方法，从发文量、研究主体、研究热点及研究前沿等多个方面对国内外智库研究进行对比分析，掌握国内外智库研究发展态势，探究各自发展的特点。[结果/结论]国内外智库领域共同关注的研究热点主要有如何对智库进行优化建设、如何进一步完善详细的设计方案和实现智库成果的转换，同时，对具有中国特色的新型智库的研究是我国独具特色的研究热点。

〔Abstract〕[Purpose/Significance]This article made a comparative analysis on the research dynamics and development trends in the field of think tanks at home and abroad，so as to track the frontier and hot research，and explored the future research trend.[Method/Process]The article made a quantitative statistics and a qualitative analysis of the papers in this field，which were enlisted in the database of SCI and CNKI with the methodology of bibliometric and knowledge mapping.The paper analyzed the general situation of the academic papers about think tanks from several aspects：paper quantity，the subject of research，the hotspot and research frontier.It helped researchers find the developments in the field of think tanks，and make a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between their researches.[Result/Conclusion]In recent years，the research focus of common concern on the field of domestic and international think tanks are how to optimize the construction of think tanks，how to further improve the detailed design and realize the transformation of the results of the think tanks.Meanwhile，the future research focus of Chinese think tanks also includes exploring the path of the construction of the new-style think tanks with Chinese characteristics.

智库（Think Tank）也称智囊机构、智囊集团或思想库、头脑企业、顾问班子等，它是由多学科专家和学者组成，他们主要从专业化的角度，客观、科学地对涉及政治、经济、社会、军事等各个领域的战略性或具体性政策问题展开深入研究，向政府及有关部门提出政策建议，并影响社会舆论和公众观念[1]。

党的十八届三中全会在《关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》中明确提出“加强中国特色新型智库建设，建立健全决策咨询制度”的建设目标，将智库建设提上日程[2]。根据历年的《全球智库报告》可以发现，中国的智库总数不断上升，到2015年底，中国达到429家，仅次于美国（1 830家），排名第二。……
