西部地区省级重点实验室大型仪器共享平台的建设与运行

摘 要 兵团化工绿色过程重点实验室依托于石河子大学化学化工学院，是兵团科技创新能力建设的重要组成部分。通过介绍石河子大学兵团化工绿色过程重点实验室大型仪器资源共享平台的建设内容、管理模式、运行状况、开放服务以及取得的成果与效益。为西部地区大型仪器共享平台的建设、运行提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract The Key Laboratory of green chemical process is an important part of the scientific and technological innovation ability of the Corps， which is based on the College of chemistry and chemical engineering of Shihezi University. This paper introduces the construction contents， management mode， operation condition， open service， achievement and benefit of the large-scale instrument resource sharing platform of the Key Laboratory of green chemical process in Corps， Shihezi University. The reference and reference for the construction and operation of large scale instrument sharing platform in Western China.

0 引言

省级重点实验室主要是由地方政府与高校联合投资建设，是地方高校进行科学研究，培养创新人才，开展对外合作交流，为地方经济社会服务的重要基地。①②③西部地区科技资源相对缺乏，能够汇集并开放服务的高技术平台相对较少，省级重点实验室作为提供科技支撑、科学研究的主要力量，承担了服务区域经济、为地方经济结构性调整、高新技术的产业化与促进社会进步的重要作用。

大型仪器设备是开展科学研究的基础和必备物质条件，建立大型仪器共享平台能充分发挥现有仪器设备资源的作用，通过扩大服务范围和提升服务水平，更合理、有效地利用大型儀器资源。④⑤⑥⑦西部省级重点实验室肩负服务地方经济的重任，同时又有自身特点，如地理位置较远，人才引进困难，建设经费较少等，因此重点实验室建设大型仪器共享平台，是服务社会，连接企业的基本纽带，也是实验室发展必不可少的重要平台。……
