基于动机理论的广西在校高职学生日常行为习惯研究

摘 要 动机是推动人们从事目标活动的内在驱动力。本文通过向广西某高职在校学生进行问题调研，发现和分析在校高职学生的“两最”日常行为习惯，即每天做的最多的一件事情和最想做的一件事情是什么。高职院校管理者在教育教学工作中，应充分思考引起学生动机的内在需要和外在诱因，科学地运用动机理论来引导和激发学生的健康心理动机，培养学生形成良好的日常行为习惯，进一步改良当前学生的心理常态，利用多种渠道和多种活动来丰富校园文化和创建和谐校园。

Abstract Motivation is the internal driving force that drives people to engage in the activities of the target. Through investigation to Guangxi a vocational school students， the discovery and analysis of high vocational students of the "two best" daily habits， the most thing to do every day and most want to do a thing is what. The management of Higher Vocational Colleges in the teaching work， should give full consideration to the internal and external cause of the psychological health of students' motivation， motivation to use scientific motivation theory to guide and inspire students， students form a good habit， to further improve the students' psychological state before， using a variety of channels and a variety of activities to enrich the campus culture and create a harmonious campus.

隨着社会经济和互联网时代的发展，人们对精神文化需求越来越高。多样化的校园文化生活和社会娱乐项目让在校高职学生迷恋和迷茫，于是在校园生活中慢慢地形成了一套自我的日常生活习惯。动机就是激励人们去行动，以达到一定的目的的内在原因，是推动人们行动的内驱力。人们的一切活动总是从一定的动机出发，指向一定的目的，所以人的动机和目的总是密切联系的。本文以“管理心理学”课程作为调研平台，利用动机理论去发现和分析广西高职学生日常生活存在的行为习惯及产生的原因，并有针对性地提出优化大学生行为动机的对策和建议，以达到全面提高学生素质、素养和创建和谐校园的目的。

1 学生日常行为习惯调查分析

本文以广西经济管理干部学院2014级和2015级共4个班的高职学生作为调查研究对象，共发放98份调查问卷，回收率100%，以此来调查分析学生的日常行为习惯现状。……
