高职经管类专业经济法课程职业性存在的问题与对策

摘 要 在高职教育的课程开发中，专业课程特别是专业基础课程如何实现职业性一直是困扰高职教师的一个难题。本文分析了当前高职经管类专业经济法课程在职业性方面存在的四个问题，并从课程培养目标、课程内容的选取、课程的实施及课程的考评等四个方面着手开发和改革以凸显和实现高职经管类专业经济法课程的职业性。

Abstract In the curriculum development of higher vocational education， how to realize the professional courses， especially the basic courses， has always been a difficult problem for the teachers of higher vocational education. This paper analyzes the four problems in the course of economic law major in Higher Vocational Colleges in the occupation of the occupation of the development and reform of Higher Vocational Colleges and to highlight the implementation of professional economic law course in four aspects of training objectives， curriculum content and curriculum from the selection， implementation and curriculum evaluation etc..

職业性是高等职业教育的根本特性，职业教育的基本目标是让学生在校期间初步学会如何工作并为其职业发展奠定基础，这种属性决定了职业教育课程要能将学生的学习和将来的工作紧密联系起来，因此，高职教育的课程的设置、开发和建设彰显其职业性已然成为高职教育界普遍关注和研究的课题。然而，由于种种原因，经济法课程作为高职经管类专业的一门专业基础课（有些专业教学标准还将经济法课程定位为文化基础课），其职业性远没能充分体现，这使得该课程在培养适应生产、建设、管理、服务一线高素质高技能型经管类专门人才的作用没有有效发挥。

1 高职经管类专业经济法课程职业性存在的问题

目前，高职经管类专业的经济法课程主要讲述与企业经济管理相关的一些经济法律、法规，以培养当前社会经济发展所需要的具有一定法律素质的既懂经济又会管理的复合型经济管理人才。……
