基于专业综合实验的大学生创新创业能力培养

摘 要 伴随着我国高校毕业生就业形势日益严峻，高校对于大学生创新创业能力培养的体制改革应当更加深入，传统的教育模式亟需更新。文章根据目前大学里面的理工科综合实验内容教学情况，结合笔者的实践教学，探讨如何从典型热处理专业实验教学案例的个性化设计着手，深化培养学生创新创业能力的教学改革，培养创新创业性人才。

Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Abilities of Undergraduates

——Based on Comprehensive Experiments in the Major of Heat Treatment

Abstract With the severe pressure from employment situation of the graduates in China， Chinese universities should undertake in-depth reforms in the system of cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities. Conventional education mode is in urgent need of updating. This paper is based on current comprehensive experiments teaching in the major of science and technology of the universities， as well as the experience from the practical teaching of the authors. The purpose is to discuss the individual design of typical experiment teaching cases in heat treatment， which could intensify the teaching reform of cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities， and develop talented students with innovative spirit and entrepreneurship.

1背景介紹

近几年来，我国高校办学规模和招生规模的扩大导致高校毕业生的就业形势每况愈下不容乐观，虽然与全球经济变化趋势相关，但同时也是与有限的就业岗位密不可分的。快速的科技发展推动了工业自动化进程， 而技术进步的同时意味着一些企业的岗位正在不断减少。另一方面，高校连续大规模的扩招使高等教育实现了跨越式发展，实现了高等教育大众普及，这就更要求高校学生的质量建设与就业要求相对应。近几年在中国高校中才开始提到了创新创业教育，说明之前大学生的创新创业意识薄弱。因此，现今高校把对大学生的全面素质发展提到日程计划里，如何以创新创业教育作为培养目标，以创业促进大学生就业，将是各高校现阶段迫切需要解决的重大课题，也是各高校面临的重要机遇。
