高职教师的关键能力和师资队伍结构模式研究

摘 要 如今，就业局势逐渐紧张，高等职业教育人才的能力也需要得到相应的提升，这对高职教师的能力和师资结构配置提出了新的挑战。本文对高职教师的关键能力展开研究，对师资队伍结构模式的缺陷和改进方式进行阐述，对关键能力做出定义，并提出了如何优化师资队伍结构的建议。

Structure Model of the Teaching Staff

Abstract Nowadays， the employment situation is gradually strained， the ability of higher vocational education talents also needs to be improved， which puts forward new challenges to the ability of higher vocational college teachers and the configuration of teachers. This paper focuses on the key ability of higher vocational college teachers， expounds the defects and improvement methods of the structure model of teachers， and puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the structure of teaching staff.

0 引言

隨着社会职业结构的不断变化，社会对高职教育人才的能力提出了更高的标准，高等职业教育为了满足社会的需求，急需做出改变。为了促成这些改变，高职教师的重要性不言而喻。对于学生能力的提高，高职教师的关键能力提升和师资队伍结构优化需要教育领域的更多关注。

1 高职院校教师的关键能力

随着互联网的兴起，社会对于人才的需求也趋于综合化。面对不断变化的职业能力要求，如果没有高职教师的合理引导，学生们无法适应新的人才要求，易被社会淘汰。高等职业教育的最终目的是帮助学生就业，为了将学生培养成为更符合社会需求的综合性人才，高职教师也需要提升自我的关键能力。

1.1 实践应用能力

实践应用是高职教育的核心。为了能高效率地解决工作中的实际问题，学生需要在高职教育中获得问题解决能力，实践技术水平，相关职业素养。在教学过程中，高职教师需要将书本中的知识转化为实践经验，让学生们在做中学，在学中做，在更高层面上理解实践能力并充分理解它的重要性。……
