中小学教师仁爱品质的内容及培育价值

摘 要 仁爱是中华优秀传统美德，从文化发展角度出发，教师作为文化的传承者之一，理应担负着继承和弘扬仁爱美德的重任。从个体发展角度出发，教师要适应当今多元化时代的变革，就必须不断加强自身的专业知识、专业技能和专业情感。中小学教师仁爱品质的内容主要包括尊重学生、宽容学生、平等公正地对待学生，基于仁爱品质内容的分析提出其培育的价值与意义。

Cultivation Value in Primary and Middle Schools

Abstract Benevolence is Chinese traditional virtue， from the perspective of cultural development angle， the teacher as one of the cultural heritage， should shoulder the responsibility to inherit and carry forward the virtues of benevolence. Starting from the individual development perspective， teachers should adapt to the diversified era， must constantly strengthen their professional knowledge， professional skills and professional affection. In order to promote the professional development of teachers. Teachers caring quality includes respect for students， tolerance students， equal and fair treatment of students. Put forward the significance and value of humanity quality cultivation based on content， to emphasize the importance of primary and secondary school teachers caring quality， in order to give the teachers to provide some reference.

2014年9月9日，習近平总书记到北京师范大学看望和慰问广大师生时提出好老师要有四项标准：理想信念、道德情操、扎实学识、仁爱之心。其中“仁爱之心”是每位教师都应该具备的品质，这是深刻把握教育内涵的关键。当代中小学教师除了要具备扎实的专业基础知识之外，更重要的是培养自身情感和意志方面的品德，重视教师的仁爱对学生学习及生活的重要影响。

1 教师仁爱品质的内容

教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业，这是因为教师这门职业关系到国家的未来、民族的发展以及人类的繁衍。人们普遍认为认为好老师应该是仁师，没有爱心的老师不是好老师。意大利作家亚米契斯在《爱的教育》一书中也曾说：“教育不能没有情感，没有爱就如同池塘没有水，没有水就没有池塘，没有爱就没有教育”，①这意味着师爱对学生、对教师乃至于对整个教育事业的重要意义。笔者认为教师仁爱美德的内涵应该包括以下几点：
