大学生思想政治教育的现实困境与对策思考

摘 要 大学生思想政治教育的成效和国家战略的实现密切相关。大学生思想政治教育是体系工程，需要全社会共同携手努力。大学生思想政治教育工作有很多现实困境，解决这些现实困境才能使此项工作得以高效开展。

Ideological and Political Education of College Students

Abstract The effect of ideological and political education of college students is very important； it is related to the national strategy implementation. Ideological and political education of college students is a system which needs the whole society to work together. Ideological and political education of college students have a lot of practical difficulties， to solve these practical difficulties in order to make this work carried out efficiently.

大学生作为高素质人才，是国家发展战略的人力资源储备。大学生思想政治教育是国家战略实现的核心组成部分，其教育质量关系到中国梦的实现。目前，大学生思想政治教育存在不少现实困境，本文尝试从大学生思想政治教育的现实困境出发，针对大学生思想政治教育现实问题，提出对策思考。

1 大学生思想政治教育的现实困境

1.1 社会环境困境

自媒体时代，大学生思想政治教育工作面临巨大的挑战和压力，各种思潮通过网络、娱乐节目、影视剧、评论等载体对大学生的思想认知产生影响。自媒体信息认识碎片化导致大学生价值观中立、道德底线模糊、是非判断能力衰减，极易被网络舆论引导。

大学生思想政治教育非高校单方任务，在社会、家庭、学校等三方主体中，社会是最为重要的主体。社会现象和社会价值取向对学校思想政治教育产生剧烈冲击，学校思想政治教育教授给大学生的思想价值体系会被社会环境检验，检验结果会直接影响大学生对思想政治教育工作的信任度和兴趣度。如检验正确，大学生对高校思想政治教育的认同度和信任度会不断提升。……
