培养高校辅导员责任意识的必要性及策略

摘 要 辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的领路人，承担着大学生思想道德素质培养的主要责任，所以辅导员工作对高校教育发展的意义重大。本文以责任意识为主题，展开对高校辅导员工作责任意识的讨论，主要分析了增强责任意识努力做好辅导员工作的必要性，进而阐述当前高校辅导员责任意识的影响因素，最后提出几点增强责任意识努力做好辅导员工作的相关对策，为辅导员工作提供重要的指导依据。

Abstract The instructor is the ideological and political education guide， bear the main responsibility of the cultivation of college students' Ideological and moral qualities， so counselors' work in higher education development of great significance. In this paper， the sense of responsibility as the theme， the discussion on college counselors' work sense of responsibility， mainly analyzes the necessity of enhancing the sense of responsibility to do the work， and discusses the influencing factors of college counselors' sense of responsibility， and finally puts forward some relevant countermeasures to enhance the sense of responsibility to do the work， provide important guidance for counselors work.

0 引言

新時代背景下，社会进步、科技发展越来越依赖于教育事业的发展。而现代化生活方式和科技化生产模式，对教育提出了更加严格的要求。学生不仅仅要掌握必要的专业技能和科技知识，更应该培养自己良好的人生价值观和强烈的社会责任感。高等教育阶段是培养学生专业技能和塑造人生理想的关键阶段，对学生的成长和发展至关重要。

高校的教学质量影响着学生的发展，辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的导师，是帮助大学生健康发展并走向成功的关键引路人。对辅导员的要求，教育部先后发布了《普通高等学校辅导员建设规定》、《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准（暂行）》的通知，其中强调辅导员应当具备爱国守法、敬业爱生、育人为本、终身学习、为人师表的职业守则。在辅导员工作中要充分体现责任意识和职业素养。
