CBCT与X线对于早期根尖周炎的诊断差异

摘要：目的 本次研究主要是为了探究CBCT和X线这两种诊断方法在对早期根尖周炎患者的诊断上所存在的诊断差异。方法 选取本院2015年11月～2017年3月在我院就诊的113例（共192颗患牙）牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象，进行CBCT检测和X线检测，观察两种不同诊断方法在早期根尖周炎疾病当中的诊断差异。结果 通过对研究对象分别采取CBCT诊断方法和X线诊断方法进行检测之后，CBCT诊断率为100.00%，X线的诊断率为82.29%，两组之间差异具有统计学意义，即P<0.05；此外，在对研究对象进行X线和CBCT的诊断之后发现，在3级以下的诊断方面，两种诊断的诊断结果存在明显差异，且差异具有统计学意义，即P<0.05。结论 根据本次研究结果显示可知，对于早期根尖周炎的诊断而言，CBCT诊断效果更为显著。

Differences in Diagnosis of Early Apical Periodontitis between CBCT and X-ray

Abstract：Objective This study was designed to investigate the diagnostic differences between CBCT and X-ray diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of early periapical periodontitis.Methods CBCT and X-ray were performed in 113 patients（a total of 192 teeth）dental pulp patients treated from November 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital，to observe the difference between the two different diagnostic methods in early apical periodontitis.Results Based on the research object were taken CBCT diagnostic method and X-ray diagnosis method for CBCT detection，diagnosis rate was 100.00%，the X-ray diagnosis rate was 82.29%，statistically significant differences between the two groups， namely P<0.05；In addition，after the diagnosis of X-ray and CBCT on the object of study，in the diagnosis of the following 3，there exist obvious differences in diagnosis of two kinds of diagnostic results，and the difference was statistically significant，P<0.05.Conclusion According to the results of the study show that，for early diagnosis of periapical periodontitis，CBCT diagnosis effect is more significant.

根尖周炎疾病是一種较为常见的口腔科疾病，是指人体牙根尖周围组织出现急性或者是慢性炎症的一种疾病。根据临床症状的急缓，可以将根尖周炎分为急性根尖周炎和慢性根尖周炎，不同类型的根尖周炎患者临床表现各不相同[1]。对于急性根尖周炎患者而言，发病初期通常会出现患牙轻度疼痛的现象，随着炎症的加重，患者牙痛的情况则会越明显，且持续性长；慢性根尖周炎的临床表现主要为：患者牙根尖出现肉芽肿、脓肿以及囊肿等现象[2]。由于该疾病严重影响患者的生活质量，因此在根尖周炎早期给予患者相应的治疗非常重要[3]。但是由于早期根尖周炎的临床表现不是特别明显，容易出现漏诊现象，所有早期根尖周炎的诊断非常重要[4]，本次研究主要是为了探究CBCT和X线对早期根尖周炎患者的诊断差异，研究内容如下所示。
