血清免疫球蛋白检验在肝衰竭诊断中的应用效果评价

摘要：目的 研究在肝衰竭病症的诊断中，应用血清免疫球蛋白检验的临床价值和效果。方法 应用Turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay对肾衰竭患者进行血清免疫球蛋白检验，对其免疫球蛋白（IgG、IgM以及IgA）进行测定，并和血清总胆红素指标、凝血酶原活动度（Turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay）以及清蛋白（albumin）进行对比分析，对这几种相关要素进行判定。结果 其免疫球蛋白数值和病情发展以及严重程度呈现相关联的趋势，病情加重，其免疫蛋白指标上升愈加显著，和血清总胆红素指标、凝血酶原活动度（Turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay）以及清蛋白（albumin）变化对比的临床意义有关。结论 应用血清免疫球蛋白对肝衰竭病症进行诊断，其效果显著，这一方法对于临床研究具有重要意义。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical value and effect of serum immunoglobulin test in the diagnosis of liver failure.Methods Immunoglobulin was used to detect the serum immunoglobulin（IgG，IgM and IgA） in patients with renal failure by Turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay.The serum levels of total bilirubin and serum were measured by the method of （Turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay）and（albumin）were used to analyze these related factors.Results The immunoglobulin values and the progression and severity of presenting the associated trend of illness，the immune protein index rose more significantly，and the indexes of serum total bilirubin，prothrombin activity（Turbidimetric inhibition immuno assay）and（albumin）on the clinical significance of the changes of contrast.Conclusion The application of serum immunoglobulin the diagnosis of liver failure conditions，the effect is obvious，this method has important significance for clinical research.

作为人体最大的免疫器官[1-3]，肝脏能够对细胞免疫和机体免疫进行调控。针对于此，本文将以血清免疫球蛋白检测为主，探究其应用在肝衰竭病症中的意义。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院2014年12月～2015年12月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者100例，其中肝衰竭患者50例，设为实验组，慢性乙肝轻度患者50例，设为参照组。实验组中，男26例，女24例，年龄20～75岁，平均年龄（45.20±2.3）岁；参照组中，男27例，女23例，年龄21～76岁，平均年龄（38.5±2.0）岁。

1.2方法

所有患者进行标本采集前，需空腹至少12 h，保证采血环境无菌，抽取静脉血液5 ml，选用生化抗凝试管，采集半小时后送至检验室。实验组患者采血标本的控制时间均保证在疾病进展期间，为7～15 d，参照组的时间没有确切规定。……
