围术期临床护理干预在微创乳腺手术患者中的应用分析

[摘要] 目的 研究围手术期护理干预应用在微创乳腺手术患者中的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2013年6月—2015年9月期间所收治的89例行乳腺微创手术的患者进行回顾性分析，按照就诊时间将其分为研究组和对照组，研究组45例，对照组44例，两组乳腺患者均在麦默通微创旋切系统下进行微创手术，并实施常规护理，研究组患者在此种情况下采取围手术期护理干预措施，对比分析两组患者的手術时间和手术中出血量，并观察两组患者的愈合时间和术后并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者手术中出血量（3.45±1.40）mL与手术时间（23.24±4.12）min明显少于对照组（10.76±4.73）mL、（41.35±3.99）min，研究组患者的愈合时间（3.41±1.19）d少于对照组（6.61±3.74）d，研究组手术后并发症发生率4.44%明显低于对照组25.00%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 围手术期护理干预措施应用在乳腺微创手术患者中的效果明显，能够有效改善患者在手术中和手术后的情况，值得应用。

[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical effect of nursing intervention during the perioperative period in patients with minimally invasive breast surgery. Methods 89 cases of patients with minimally invasive breast surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2013 to September 2015 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time， both groups adopted the minimally invasive operation under the mammotome vacuum device system and routine nursing， while the research group adopted the nursing intervention measures during the perioperative period， and the operation time and intraoperative bleeding amount were compared between the two groups， and the cure time and incidence rate of postoperative complications of the two groups were observed. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount and operation time in the research group were obviously fewer than those in the control group[（3.45±1.40）mL， 23.24±4.12）min vs （10.76±4.73）mL，（41.35±3.99）min]， and the cure time was less than that in the control group， [（3.41±1.19）d vs （6.61±3.74）d]， and the incidence rate of postoperative complications was obviously lower than that in the control group（4.44% vs 25.00%）， and the differences were obvious with statistical significance. Conclusion The application effect of nursing intervention measures during the perioperative period in patients with minimally invasive breast surgery is obvious， which can effectively improve the intraoperative and postoperative situations of patients， and it is worth application.

乳腺疾病是当前女性临床上最多的常见病之一，该病症对生活质量有着较高的要求，其在达到手术效果的同时，对女性手术切口也提出了更高的要求，为此，应该做好围手术期的护理措施，将围手术期护理干预措施应用在乳腺微创手术患者中的临床效果良好，该文就对该院2013年6月—2015年9月期间收治的89例行乳腺微创手术的患者进行此种护理措施的效果进行探讨，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

方便选取该院所收治的89例行乳腺微创手术的患者进行回顾性分析，按照就诊时间将其分为研究组（n=45）和对照组（n=44），所有患者均为良性肿块，其中32例乳腺纤维瘤，57例乳腺囊肿，研究组患者中最大年龄41岁，最小年龄22岁，中位年龄（23.25±4.59）岁；……
