子宫脱垂患者行改良腹腔镜子宫悬吊术的有效性及安全性

[摘要] 目的 探析子宫脱垂患者行改良腹腔镜子宫悬吊术的有效性及安全性。方法 方便选取该院2013年1月—2016年12月期间收治的64例子宫脱垂患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，各32例，对照组采取传统子宫切除术，治疗组采取改良腹腔镜子宫悬吊术治疗，比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、自主排尿恢复时间等。结果 治疗组手术时间（30.5±8.2）min、术中出血量（14.2±2.9）mL、自主排尿时间（2.5±0.3）d及住院时间（5.5±2.1）d与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对子宫脱垂患者行改良腹腔镜子宫悬吊术效果显著，对患者损伤小，安全性高，显著优于传统手术效果，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of modified ventrifixation by laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse. Methods 64 cases of patients with uterine prolapse admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each， the control group and the treatment group respectively adopted the traditional uterectomy and modified ventrifixation by laparoscopy， and the operation time， intraoperative bleeding amount and recovery time of automatic urination were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time， intraoperative bleeding amount， time of automatic urination and length of stay in the treatment group were respectively （30.5±8.2）min， （14.2±2.9）mL， （2.5±0.3）d and （5.5±2.1）d， and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of modified ventrifixation by laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse is obvious with small injury and high safety， which is obviously better than that of the traditional operation， and it is worth clinical promotion.

子宫脱垂主要是指患者子宫从正常的部位沿着阴道下降全部脱出阴道口外。其引起该疾病的因素主要是分娩损伤、长期腹腔内压力增加及超负荷的慢性疾病等，临床行以中老年女性患者比较常见，属于盆底功能障碍性疾病，其中病情处于III度以上脫垂的患者，会影响患者排尿排便等功能，进而对患者生活质量、心理及身体健康造成一定程度上的影响。临床以手术治疗为主，以往采取传统手术治疗，可致使部分问题得到解决，术后复发几率比较高，能达到40%左右，且需要切除子宫[1-2]。近年来，多数临床研究显示[3-4]，腹腔镜子宫悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂效果明显，患者满意，因此，该研究也将2013年1月—2016年12月期间收治的64例子宫脱垂患者，作为研究对象，证实子宫脱垂患者行改良腹腔镜子宫悬吊术的有效性及安全性，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
