沙利度胺片联合雷公藤多苷片治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果观察

[摘要]目的 探讨沙利度胺片联合雷公藤多苷片治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果。方法 以我院2014年9月～2016年10月牙周黏膜收治的108例口腔扁平苔藓患者为研究对象，按就诊号末位单双数分为常规组（局部注射曲安奈德）、观察组（用药沙利度胺、雷公藤多苷），每组54例。比较两组的治疗效果，疼痛、糜烂评分，不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的有效率为96.3%，高于对照组的87.0%（P<0.05）。入院时疼痛、糜烂评分组间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组服药后的疼痛、糜烂评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的不良反应发生率为7.4%，低于对照组的16.7%（P<0.05）。结论 沙利度胺片联合雷公藤多苷片治疗口腔扁平苔藓的效果较好。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of Thalidomide Tablets combined with Tripterygium Glycosides tablets treating oral lichen planus.Methods 108 patients with oral lichen planus admitted into periodontics & oral department from September 2014 to October 2016 were selected as study object and they were divided into the routine group （injected with Triamcinolone Acetonide locally） and observation group （treated with the drugs of Thalidomide combined with Tripterygium ） according to the end of single or double numbers of visiting numbers and there were 54 cases in each group.The treatment effect，pain and erosion score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.3%，which was higher than that of the control group （87.0%） （P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in pain and erosion score between the groups on admission （P>0.05），and the score of pain and erosion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.4%，which was lower than that of the control group （16.7%） （P<0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Thalidomide Tablets combined with Tripterygium Glycosides tablets is better in the treatment of oral lichen planus.

口腔扁平苔蘚病情迁延难愈、发病率高，是临床常见慢性非感染性皮肤疾病，以中老年多发，女性患病几率略高于男性，疾病病因至今尚未完全了解，但临床认为免疫、感染、内分泌异常、微循环障碍、遗传、精神因素等为常见疾病诱因[1]。患者临床以口腔出现白色斑块、丘疹，伴有充血、糜烂以及不同程度的疼痛为主要症状，若不及时治疗糜烂面扩大会对患者日常生活造成影响[2]。目前多以皮质激素局部注射来改善患者症状，但不良反应较多，患者配合度低，有学者提出雷公藤多苷、沙利度胺联合用药，能促进患者恢复、减少不良反应的发生[3]。本研究观察我院牙周黏膜科收治的54例口腔扁平苔藓患者以雷公藤多苷片、沙利度胺片联合治疗的效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料
