微信平台健康宣教在肾结石微创手术患者延续护理中的应用效果

[摘要]目的 探究微信平台健康宣教在肾结石微创手术患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年1月～2017年1月我院肾结石患者100例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予微信平台健康宣教。比较两组患者的护理满意率、护理知识掌握度及肾脏疾病认识程度。结果 观察组护理满意度、护理知识掌握度、肾脏疾病认识度（96.00%、96.00%、98.00%）高于对照组（80.00%、88.00%、72.00%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 微信平台健康宣教能够提高肾结石微创手术患者在延续护理中对于肾结石微创手术的护理知识掌握程度，对肾脏疾病的认识度以及对于健康宣教的满意度，对临床具有指导意义。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of the WeChat platform health education in patients with minimally invasive surgery for kidney stones.Methods 100 patients with kidney stones in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing，while the observation group was given the WeChat platform health education on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction，awareness of nursing knowledge and kidney disease were compared between two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction，awareness of nursing knowledge and kidney disease （96.00%，96.00%，98.00%）were higher than those in the control group （80.00%，88.00%，72.00%），and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Health education can improve the WeChat platform of patients with kidney calculi in minimally invasive surgery for renal calculi continuation degree of nursing knowledge master the nursing of minimally invasive surgery， understanding of kidney disease and the health education satisfaction has guiding significance for clinical.

腎结石为泌尿系统常见病，是指发生于肾盏，肾盂及肾盂与输尿管连接部的结石，常导致患者以腰腹部疼痛，血尿，脓尿，恶心呕吐为主要临床特征，好发于20～50岁年龄段[1-3]。现代护理学针对肾结石的发生机制进行了深入研究，并总结了有效的肾结石微创治疗技术和术后护理方法。在对肾结石患者进行有效的微创手术治疗基础上，对其进行优质的护理是保障患者手术效果、加快康复的重要步骤之一[4]。现在的青壮年在人际交往上更依赖于网络世界，微信平台是一个极具影响力的互动性信息传播平台，不仅具有文字功能，还可以添加图片，语音，视频，通过微信平台的健康宣讲能够使患者及其家属更直接更快速的获得与疾病相关的有效护理知识[5]。不仅节约了人力资源，而且可以使患者出院后继续获得相关知识，并且能够随时随地与医护人员沟通，是一种高效的工作方式。……
