构建创新平台，加强实践环节，完善研究生培养模式

摘 要：建设创新型国家必须有一大批创新型人才做支撑，要提高国家、民族的自主创新能力，研究生教育是非常重要的基础。加大研究生创新力的培养力度，提高研究生培养质量是当前我国研究生培养过程中的重要环节。为提高研究生培养质量，黑龙江八一农垦大学工程学院通过构建创新平台，与企业和科研院所联合建立研究生实践基地和培养创新基地，对专业学位研究生加强实践环节锻炼，鼓励学生参加学术活动和学术竞赛等形式，切实提高研究生实践动手能力，推动学生创新精神和创新能力的提高，完善了研究生的培养模式。

Abstract： There must be a large number of innovative talents to build an innovation-oriented country， to improve our capacity for independent innovation of national and ethnic， graduate education is extremely important. For this reason， strengthening the cultivation of the graduate student innovation ability， and improve the quality of graduate education is the important link in the process of the current graduate education in our country. In order to improve the quality of graduate education， Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University college of engineering with the method of the construction of innovation platform， combined with enterprises and research institutes to establish graduate practice bases and cultivate the innovative base， also strengthen the practice exercise of professional degree graduate students， in addition， encourage students to participate in academic activities and competitions， successfully improve the graduate student practice ability， further promote the improvement of students' innovation spirit and innovation ability， perfect the training mode of postgraduates.

建设创新型国家必须有一大批创新型人才做支撑， 研究生在教育体系中是较高学历层次，是培养和造就创新型人才的主要途径。与其他教育相比它肩负着知识创新和培养创新人才的重任，在实施科教兴国战略、增强综合国力中具有举足轻重的作用。要提高国家、民族的自主创新能力，不仅要有一定的研究生培养规模，更重要的是提高研究生培养质量，重视和加大研究生创新力的培养力度。

黑龙江八一农垦大学工程学院对研究生的培养始终坚持从能力提高和创新培养两个根本点出发，通过构建创新平台，联合建立研究生实践基地和研究生培养创新基地，加强实践环节考核机制，鼓励学生积极参加各种学术活动和学术竞赛等多种形式，切实提高研究生实践能力，推动学生创新精神和创新能力的提高，完善了研究生的培养模式。……
