浅谈技能交换发展方向

【摘 要】随着经济不断地高速发展，人们的生活节奏越来越快，现代人的就业压力越来越大，越来越多的人想要拥有一项技能以此提高自身的竞争力，特别是年轻白领和在校大学生，急需在花费少量金钱的前提下学习一项技能。市场上虽然有各式各样的技能培训机构，但由于培训机构数量众多，质量却参差不齐，难以满足市场的需求。技能交换的出现可以说极大程度地解决了这一难题，为广大年轻人提供了自主学习的机会。近年来微信平台的大众化发展，为技能交换提供了平台，论文从技能交换的现状出发，找出其存在的问题，基于此探究技能交换的发展方向。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of economy， people's life rhythm is getting faster and faster， the employment pressure of modern people is bigger and bigger， more and more people want to have a skill to improve their own competitiveness， especially young white-collar workers and college students， they need to learn a skill under the premise of spending a small amount of money. Although there are a variety of skills training institutions on the market， but due to the large number of training institutions， the quality is uneven， it is difficult to meet the needs of the market. It can be said that the emergence of skills exchange has greatly solved this problem， for the majority of young people to provide the opportunity to self-study. In recent years and provided the young people with the opportunity to study independently. In recent years， the popularization of WeChat platform has provided a platform for skill exchange. This paper starts from the current situation of skills exchange and finds out the existing problems. Based on this， the development direction of skills exchange is explored.

1 技能交换的本质及现状

1.1 技能交换的本质

技能交换是目前一个非常新潮的词，技能交换是互相学习对方的技能，以达到双方均得到一项新技能的目的。与传统的以物换物相似，技能交换以自身的技能作为交换的资本，换取一项新的技能，但它与传统的以物换物又有本质上的区别。以物换物交换的是实实在在的物品，而技能交换交换的则是一种服务。近年来，最令人瞩目的莫过于“共享经济”，从共享单车到共享充电宝，再到共享雨伞，越来越多的共享物品出现在世人的视线中，而技能交换的实质就是共享，与大众熟悉的物品共享不同，技能交换共享的是一种信息与服务，共享人从提供的技能中获得另一项新技能作为报酬，获得新技能的同时节约下昂贵的学费，实现了双赢。……
