高职工程类学生发展核心素养的精细化研究

摘 要 高职工程类学生的职业化发展是高职院校最终的教学目标，学生发展核心素养反映了学生的品格和能力。本文结合《中国学生发展核心素养》全新解读、深入探讨、拓展、迁移和转变，力求使得学生发展核心素养衍生定义符合高职学生的特点。从工程化和职业化的角度更好地理解高职工程类学生发展方向和途径，开拓了核心素养研究的新视野。

Fine Research on Developing Core Quality of Engineering Students in

Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract The professional development of engineering students in higher vocational colleges is the ultimate goal of higher vocational colleges. The core quality of students reflects the students' character and ability. In this paper， combining the core understanding of Chinese students development， a new interpretation， in-depth exploration， expansion， migration and transformation， and strive to enable students to develop core literacy derived definition， in line with the characteristics of Higher Vocational students. From the angle of engineering and professionalism， we can better understand the development direction and ways of higher vocational engineering students， and open up a new perspective of core literacy research.

2016年9月13日，北京师范大学发布了《中国学生发展核心素养》，这一历时三年的研究成果关注了我国学生发展核心素养的共性。但是针对工程类高职学生发展核心素养并没有细化，需要进一步研究，以增强可操作性和实用性。

1 全新解读

学生发展核心素养概念的重心放在了品格和能力两个方面，关注的是一个学生的终身发展，这个定义是非常准确的。但是由于学科领域的不同，环境的不同，学生发展核心素养的关注点也有所不同。北京师范大学在进行研究时，关注的重点是中小学生，而这个阶段，很多学生还在学校上学，并未完全走入社会，他们的三观，尤其是人生观，并未完全建立，因此核心素养只是一个种子，需要营养，可能也会碰到很多困难，关键不是找出这些素养，而是学生应如何拥有这些素养，我们精细化研究的重心应放在培养和建设的视域上，放在如何和学生专业发展结合的视域上，使得培养出来的学生更加符合国家和社会的需要。……
