航运交易所与港口经济关联测度分析

摘 要：发展航运交易所是促进港口经济转型升级的重要举措，而现有的航运交易所与港口经济联系的相关研究十分有限。为了辨识航运交易所与港口经济之间的内在联系，在分析航运交易所与港口经济的关联发展模式基础上，运用灰色关联法构建航运交易所与港口经济关联测度模型，并以宁波为例进行实证分析。研究结果表明：宁波航运交易所与港口经济存在一定的关联效应，但是关联系数不稳定。

Abstract： Development of the shipping exchange is an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of the port economy， but the existing research related to shipping exchange and port economic is very limited. In order to identify the internal relationship between shipping exchange and port economy， based on an analysis of the related development pattern of shipping exchange and port economy， the gray correlation method was used to construct the shipping exchange and port economy correlation model， and Ningbo was taken as a case. The results show that there is a certain correlation between shipping exchange and port economy of Ningbo， but the correlation coefficient is unstable.

0 引 言

航运交易所是港航服务业发展到一定阶段的产物。世界上最早的航运交易所（波罗的海交易所）诞生于伦敦，直到今日依然对全球航运业的发展影响深远。目前，全球主要的航运中心多数都建立了规模不一的航运交易所，用以规范航运交易行为，促进航运经济发展。航运交易所能够通过提供航运动态信息、航运业务咨询以及其他的航运衍生产品交易来减少航运交易成本，降低航运交易风险。就港口城市而言，高水平的航运交易所能够极大地提升港口的竞争能力，促进区域经济的结构改善。研究航运交易所与港口经济之间的关系有助于认识航运经济发展的规律，具有一定的现实意义。

目前，理论界对于港口经济关联度方面的研究已有一定基础。Jiang等采用状态空间模型分析了港口收费与港口经济之间的动态影响关系，并以湛江港为例界定了港口收费政策在港口经济发展中的作用[1]。……
