MOOC挑战下的高校教师教学能力发展研究

摘 要 MOOC时代背景下，在竞争日趋激烈的高等教育领域，高校教师提高教学能力，保持传统课堂竞争力已逐渐成为每一所大学的基本策略。通过MOOC优势、劣势的对比分析，提出所有的教学改革不能变成简单的“技术秀”，不能简单地进行资源堆砌，高校教师应着眼于教学规律、人才培养的需要实现角色转型，借助MOOC资源融合能力提升、SPOC模式下教学构建能力提升最终实现教学质量的提高。

Abstract Under the background of the MOOC， it has become the basic strategy for each university to improve teaching ability and maintain the traditional classroom competitiveness in the increasingly competitive higher education field. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of MOOC analysis， put forward all the teaching reform can not be a simple "Technology Show". It is not a simple resource stack， need teachers in Colleges and universities should focus on teaching law， training role transformation， with the help of MOOC integration of resources and the improvement of constructive ability from the teaching mode of SPOC.

0 引言

MOOC （ Massive Open Online Course，大规模开放在线课程，译为 “慕课”） 这种开放、共享、在线的教学模式，大量汇集了名校的优质教学资源，以其方便、快捷、成本低、效率高等优点迅速为众多学习者所青睐，同时这种新型的教育模式对高等学校、高校教师带了巨大的冲击。MOOC在全球的兴起意味着新一轮教学改革已浮出水面，这不仅涉及教学方式、方法的变革，更涉及教学理念的转向。如上海交通大学副校长黄震所言：“大规模在线课程不可能取代传统课堂，但会倒逼大学加快教育改革，提高教学质量。否则，我们的大学容易沦为一流大学的教学实验室和辅导教室！” MOOC时代背景下，在竞争日趋激烈的高等教育领域，高校教师提高教学能力，保持传统课堂竞争力成为每一所大学的基本策略。

1 关于MOOC优势、劣势的认知

1.1 MOOC课程的优势

（1）在线课程资源丰富。MOOC的在线课程资源主要由微视频资源与非视频资源两部分组成。借鉴翻转课堂经验，课程视频都是事前录制，每个微视频短小紧凑，内容针对性强，通常為教学重点、难点等“学习干货” ，学生可以利用“碎片化”时间自主学习。……
