西藏学前藏汉双语教育人才培养实践教学研究

摘 要 随着现代教育的发展，实施藏汉双语教育顺应时代发展潮流，对西藏地区的繁荣定与发展以及祖国的稳定统一有着十分重要的意义。然而现阶段西藏缺少藏汉双语人才，具体表现为数量少、质量低、文多理少等，与内地快速发展的教育水平还存在明显的差距，无法满足西藏社会经济发展的实际需求。而学前儿童正处于语言学习的黄金时期，实施学前藏汉双语教育是推行及普及整个西藏双语教育、培养藏汉双语人才的根本。因此，作为一名师范院校学前藏汉双语教育的教師应该立足实际，全面贯彻党的民族政策，在分析学前藏汉双语教育人才培养现状及存在问题的基础上，提出针对性的建议及对策，为西藏社会经济发展培养更多的双语人才。

A Study on the Practice Teaching of Bilingual Education of Tibetan and Chinese Preschool Children in Tibet

Abstract With the development of modern education， the implementation of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual education conforms to the trend of the times. It is of great significance to the prosperity and development of Tibet and the stability and unification of the motherland. However， at present Tibet's lack of bilingual talents， the specific performance of small quantity and low quality， the lack of science， there is a distinct difference between the mainland and the rapid development of the education level， unable to meet the actual needs of social and economic development in Tibet. While preschool children are in the golden age of language learning， the implementation of preschool bilingual education is the foundation of popularizing and popularizing bilingual education in Tibet and cultivating bilingual talents in Tibetan and Chinese. Therefore， as a preschool teachers college bilingual education teachers should be based on the actual， fully implement the party's national policy， in the analysis of training status of preschool bilingual education and talents based on the existing problems， the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures， for Tibet social and economic development to cultivate more bilingual talents.

0 前言

我国是一个多民族的国家，其中西藏自治区以藏族为主，是我国地区最大、人口数量最大的少数民族自治区。该自治区主要是采取以藏语为主要语言、藏汉相结合的沟通方式。自从1951年西藏和平解放至今，国家越来越重视西藏自治区的社会、经济、语言、文字发展，整个社会也发生了翻天覆地的变化。尤其是教育事业得到了迅速的发展，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010～2020 年）明确提出要尊重少数民族使用本民族的语言文字，大力推进双语教学，所以在这种背景下藏汉双语教育的政策也在摸索中实施。……
