舌诊仪的发展及其在舌诊客观化研究中的应用现状

摘要 舌诊是中医望诊的重要组成部分。随着中医舌诊的现代化发展，舌诊仪作为中医舌诊客观化的重要技术手段，在临床研究中被大量应用。文章对舌诊仪的发展，及近5年来，舌诊仪在中西医病证结合、中医药疗效评价、中医“治未病”健康管理等领域的中医舌诊客观化研究中的应用现状进行综述，旨在为中医舌诊客观化研究提供参考。

Abstract Tongue diagnosis is an important part of inspection diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine. With the modernization of TCM tongue diagnosis， tongue diagnostic device has been widely used as a kind of important technical means in TCM tongue characterization in clinical research. This article is to summarize the development of tongue diagnostic device and the progress of its application in TCM tongue characterization over the past five years from integration of the disease and its TCM syndromes of integrated Chinese medicine and western medicine， TCM clinical effectiveness assessment and TCM health management， aiming at providing references for TCM tongue diagnostic characterization research.

舌诊是中医特色诊法之一。传统的中医舌诊受到操作者与操作环境等多种因素影响，具有一定的主观性和不准确性。信息技术的发展促进了中医舌诊客观化的发展。舌诊仪，正是中医舌诊现代化与客观化的产物与新途径。

舌诊仪具有标准、客观、定量的优势。近年来，舌诊仪的研究不断发展，很多学者将舌诊仪应用于临床研究当中。我们对近年来舌诊仪的发展，及其在舌诊客观化研究中的应用现状综述如下。

1 舌诊仪的研究进展

舌诊仪主要由数字舌图采集系统和舌象特征处理系统2部分组成。其中，数字舌图采集系统主要由光源、照明环境和数码相机等组成，舌象特征处理系统主要由色彩校正，以及舌体分割、舌质舌苔分离等舌象特征提取与识别软件组成。近年来，很多学者在这2个方面进行了研究，促进了舌诊仪的发展。
