积极心理学视域下大学生生命意识培养实践研究

摘 要 积极心理学是一门从积极角度研究传统心理学研究内容的新兴科学，强调对個人幸福感的关注，采用科学的原则和方法来研究幸福，倡导心理学的积极取向，关注人类的健康幸福与和谐发展。本文通过问卷调研，对部分大学生生命意识的现状进行了分析和归纳，进而从积极心理学和幸福观的角度，探讨大学生心理健康教育可以通过培养积极的生命观、引导正确面对挫折、培养兴趣爱好以及开展目标教育等加强对大学生生命意识的教育和培养。

Practical Research on Cultivation of College Students' Consciousness of

Life under the Perspective of Positive Psychology

Abstract Positive psychology is a new science that studies the content of traditional psychology from a positive perspective， emphasizing the concern for personal well-being， adopting scientific principles and methods to study happiness， advocating the positive orientation of psychology， paying attention to human health and happiness harmonious development. Through questionnaire survey， this paper analyzes and summarizes the status quo of some college students' life-consciousness， and then from the perspectives of positive psychology and happiness， probes into the psychological health education for undergraduates by guiding them to cultivate a positive outlook on life， guide the correct face of setbacks， Hobby and carry out targeted education to strengthen the education and cultivation of college students' life awareness.

近年来，随着以人为本的教育理念的逐步实施，各大高校对于学生人文方面的教育也逐步深入，对大学生形成正确的人生观和价值观产生了广泛的积极影响。然而，伴随着经济全球化步伐的不断加快，我国社会经济文化发展出现了一些新的问题，尤其是对于处于身心敏感期、人生观尚未最终形成的大学生来讲，很容易感到迷茫和困惑，从而导致近年来大学校园里戕害生命的校园悲剧时有发生，如有的大学生遇到失恋、毕业论文不通过、就业难等挫折就心灰意冷，失去了继续生活的勇气，给家庭带来了无尽的悲痛；更有的大学生因为嫉妒他人或者对他人心生积怨，便随意剥夺他人的生命，如复旦大学的“黄洋案”，给双方家庭乃至社会造成了无法估量的损失和伤害。这些漠视生命的行为已引起社会和教育界的广泛关注，大学生生命意识的培养和教育必须提上一个新的高度。……
