转型背景下师范院校“三创一体”教育模式的改革与实践

【摘 要】创新是一个国家发展的不竭动力，“创新、创优、创业”，简称“三创一体”，对经济发展起到了积极的推动作用。新形势下，社会最紧缺的是“三创一体”全面发展的综合人才。本文旨在响应国家教育发展战略，以玉林师范学院为例，介绍了转型背景下师范院校“三创一体”教育模式的改革与实践，目的在于营造有利于培养大学生“三创一体”能力的校园环境，促进学生的全面发展。

【Abstract】Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the development of a country."Innovation，Excellence，and Entrepreneurship，" or "three creations，" has played a positive role in promoting economic development.Under the new situation，the most insecure society is the comprehensive development of comprehensive talents.This article aims to respond to the national education development strategy.Taking Yulin Normal University as an example，it introduces the reform and practice of the “three creations” education model in normal colleges under the background of transformation. The purpose is to create the ability to cultivate the “three creations” of college students.The campus environment promotes students' all-round development.

0 引言

隨着我国高等教育的改革与发展，许多师范院校的师范生比例逐年下降，如在江苏省，2017年招生中，地方师范院校淮阴师范学院师范生招生比例不足总人数的四分之一，盐城师范学院则不足总人数的六分之一，一些传统的师范教育专业正在被兼并，如物理教育在盐城师范学院已经消失。不少地方师范院校舍弃师范教育态度明显，一部分地方师范院校直接更名为非师范院校，如在山东省，地方师范院校烟台师范学院更名鲁东大学、临沂师范学院更名临沂大学。在这种情况下，师范教育如何发展与突围？师范学院的管理者需要在教学理念、人才培养的模式上做出相应的调整[1-4]。否则，很难培养出适应时代需求的合格人才。

“三创一体”教育属于与时俱进的教育，是新形势下素质教育的核心组成部分[5-6]，目的在于通过课堂理论学习和课外实践训练，培养学生的创新素养、创优思维、创业意识，集创新、创优、创业于一体的人才培养新模式，它贯穿于大学教育的全过程，为学生未来的发展奠定坚实的基础。……
