路基压实度控制浅析

【摘 要】路基是公路工程的主要组成部分，作为路基施工关键控制环节的路基压实度，要保证路基路用性能满足设计、使用要求，有必要以控制路基压实度作为主要因素，进行分析和研究。通过文献研究并结合河惠莞高速公路某项目路基施工、检测，总结施工经验，对路基施工压实度的影响因素进行了总结分析，为今后开展路基施工工作提供参考。

【Abstract】The subgrade is the main part of the highway engineering. As the key control link of subgrade construction， the compactness of subgrade should be ensured to meet the requirements of design and use. It is necessary to analyze and study the compactness of subgrade as the main factor. It must be analyzed and studied by controlling the degree of subgrade compaction as the main factor. Through the literature study， combined with the construction and testing of the subgrade of a project on the He Hui Guan expressway， the paper summarizes the construction experience， and analyzes the influence factors of the compaction degree of the subgrade construction.

1 引言

路基作为道路工程的一个主要构成部分，承受着路基填料自身的荷载、路面材料的荷载和路面上车辆传递下来的动荷载，一般是线型构造物，受自然环境的影响比较大。路基的施工质量，稳定程度会影响到路面的施工质量，最终影响到整个公路的正常使用[1]。河惠莞高速公路是典型的山区公路，路基部分具有距离长、填方量大、高填方段落多等特点，且所处位置属于亚热带季风气候，雨水充沛，阳光充足，气候温和，平均气温21.8℃，历年降雨量平均1501.8毫米，平均相对湿度78%。冬半年受极地冷高压脊控制，盛行东北季风，天气较为干冷；夏半年则受锋面低槽、季风低压，热带气旋所影响，盛行西南、东南季风，高温多雨。受气候影响，路基施工的黄金季节为冬半年。

在不可改变自然环境的条件下，要控制好路基的施工质量，必须严格控制路基填料的选用，并加强检测，控制好路基压实度。对于土方路基，压实度的影响因素主要是填料的颗粒级配情况、含水量、压实功能（压实时间、压实遍数、机械性能、碾压速度、填料厚度等）及压实时自然、人为和外界影响等。……
