京津冀地区城市老年居民体育锻炼参与现状研究

摘 要：为京津冀3地社会体育协同发展策略的制订提供依据，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对京津冀3地城市老年居民体育锻炼参与现状进行调查，分析京津冀3地城市老年居民体育锻炼参与方面存在的问题。结果：1）如何科学健身是京津冀城市老年居民体育参与行为中需解决的主要问题；2）身边的场地设施不足，影响京津冀地区城市老年居民体育锻炼的参与；3）京津冀城市老年居民体育参与组织化程度低，影响老年体育稳定持续发展。提出对策：1）发挥京津冀3地政府的主导作用；2）加强京津冀地区体育产业联合，开发老年体育器械，丰富老年人体育活动内容；3）增建和规划身边体育场地设施；4）开展京津冀地区城市老年体育交流活动，促进老年体育组织建设和活动开展；5） 进一步加强京津冀地区老年体育的专题研究。

Abstract：In order to provide the basis for the formulation of the coordinated development strategy of social sports in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei， literature review， questionnaire， mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to investigate the status of physical exercise participation of the aged residents in the Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei， so as to analyze the problems of physical exercise participation of the elderly residents in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei， which include： 1） How to scientifically exercise is a major problem to be solved in the sports participation of the elderly in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei； 2） the lack of venues and facilities nearby affects the participation of physical exercise of the elderly in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei； and 3） the participation in organizations urban elderly sports in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei are of low degree， affecting the stable and sustainable development of elderly sports. Suggestions： 1） play the leading role of the governments in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei； 2） strengthen the sports industry combination in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei， develop the sports facilities for the elderly， and enrich the sports activities of the elderly； 3） build and plan sports facilities around communities； 4） carry out the sports exchanges between the elderly in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei， and promote the construction and activities of the elderly sports organizations； and 5） further strengthen the thematic study of the elderly sports in Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei.

作為重大国家战略，京津冀协同发展已经步入实质性发展阶段。京津冀协同发展不仅需要关注3地的经济增长，更要关注人口、健康、社会保障等诸多问题。目前，中国已经成为世界上老年人口最多的国家，也是人口老龄化进程最快的国家之一。《中国老龄产业发展报告（2014）》[1]明确指出，2015年中国65岁及以上人口为1亿4 434万人，近10年65岁及以上人口逐年增加。中国已经步入老龄社会初期，而中国式的老龄化问题与其他国家相比，具有增速快、规模大、未富先老等特征。……
