浅谈教务排课对高职院校教学运行的影响

摘 要 教务排课是高职院校教务工作中的主要环节之一，既是高职院校开展教学工作的前提，又是高职院校稳定教学秩序的基础。分析教务排课对高职院校教学运行的重要性，基于高职院校教务排课原则，对高职院校做好教务排课工作提出看法和建议，具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract Academic arrangement is one of the main links in the work

of higher vocational colleges. It is not only the prerequisite for the

teaching work in vocational colleges， but also the basis of stable teaching order in higher vocational colleges. This paper first analyzes

the importance of the postal arrangement to the teaching operation of

higher vocational colleges. Secondly， based on the principle of arran-

ging courses in higher vocational colleges， this paper puts forward their own opinions and suggestions on the postgraduate courses of higher vocational colleges. It has a certain reference value.

1 前言

在高校各项管理工作中，教务管理工作所处地位较高，并且是进行教学质量评价、完成教学任务的基础与保障[1]。随着我国高职教育改革的日益深入，教务管理工作也面临很多挑战和压力。教务排课是高职院校教务工作中的主要环节之一，既是高职院校开展教学工作的前提，又是高职院校稳定教学秩序的基础[2]。对课表进行合理、科学地编制，有利于合理调动、有效分配教学资源。本文就教务排课对高职院校教学运行的影响进行探讨。

2 教务排课对高职院校教学运行的重要性

教务排课是确保高职院校实现教学稳定运行、维持正常教学秩序的根本保障。首先，基于使用工具来看，各个高等院校是依靠教务排课系统来进行排课，这在一定程度上对高职院校工作流程的关联性与整体化进行了强化。其次，绝大多数高职院校采用分层制教学模式或者学分制教学模式，每个班级上课都没有固定教室，并且每学期开学之前都要排课[3]；与此同时，教務排课工作会涉及高职院校每一个下属学院、每一个专业、每一个班级，工作量巨大，稍不注意，就有可能会出现教学事故。……
