彩超诊断胎儿脐带异常附着的临床意义

[摘要] 目的 探讨彩超诊断胎儿脐带异常附着的临床意义。方法 方便选取该院2016年8月—2017年7月收治的80胎儿脐带异常附着患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析80例患者产前彩超诊断的结果，分析彩超诊断的检出率。 结果 病理结果显示：边缘性附着58例（72.50%），帆状附着22例（27.50%）。彩超诊断结果的检出77例，诊断的符合率为96.25%，其中边缘性附着49例，帆状附着28例；漏诊3例（3.75%）。 结论 产前应用彩超诊断胎儿脐带异常附着具有显著的临床意，有效提高了胎儿脐带异常附着的检出率，为产妇的有效治疗提供了可靠的诊断依据，保障了母胎的生命健康，具有临床推广与应用。

Clinical Significance of Color Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Abnormal Umbilical Cord Insertion

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical significance of color ultrasound in diagnosis of abnormal umbilical cord insertion. Methods 80 cases of patients with abnormal umbilical cord insertion admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected and the prenatal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis results were reviewed， and the test rate of color ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed. Results The pathological results showed that there were 58 cases with marginal attachment（72.50%）， 22 cases with velamentosa insertion（27.50%）， and 77 cases of patients were tested by the color ultrasound diagnosis， and the diagnosis coincidence rate was 96.25%， including 49 cases with marginal attachment and 28 cases with velamentosa insertion， and 3 cases were missed diagnosis（3.75%）. Conclusion The clinical significance of color ultrasound in diagnosis of abnormal umbilical cord insertion is obvious， which can effectively improve the test rate of abnormal umbilical cord insertion thus providing diagnosis reference for the effective treatment of delivery women， and ensuring the life security of mothers and infants， which is of clinical promotion and application value.

正常胎兒脐带附着于胎盘中间或者偏侧面，附着点和胎盘的边缘存在1 cm间距，脐带异常附着是临床较少见的疾病，异常附着包含帆状附着和边缘性附着两种，帆状附着的附着点是胎膜，边缘性附着的附着点与胎盘边缘距离<1 cm处[1]。据临床相关研究及实践表明，脐带异常会较大程度上影响胎儿，如果治疗不及时非常容易造成胎儿死亡[2-3]。当下，产科不断提高了对该病症的重视度，而产前检查诊断对于防治该病症具有重要的显示意义。彩超作为妇产科的常见检查方式，操作方便、简单，为妇产科疾病诊断提供了准确依据。该文方便选取该院2016年8月—2017年7月收治的80胎儿脐带异常附着患者作为研究对象，探讨彩超诊断胎儿脐带异常附着的临床意义，现报道如下。……
