欣母沛联合子宫背带缝合技术对剖宫产产后出血的影响

[摘要] 目的 探討欣母沛联合子宫背带缝合技术对剖宫产产后出血的影响。方法 方便选取2015年9月—2017年9月该院接受并实施剖宫产，出现产后出血的164例患者作为该组研究对象，并按照随机表法将其平分为对照组和观察组，每组均为82例。其中对照组患者行缩宫素联合传统缝合术给予治疗，观察组行欣母沛联合子宫背带缝合技术给予治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效及术后并发症发生率。 结果 对照组患者术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间及下床活动时间分别为（881.4±93.5）mL、（12.7±2.5）d、（78.8±18.6）min、（4.3±1.4）d；观察组患者术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间及下床活动时间分别为（567.8±64.3）mL、（6.72±1.84）d、（46.72±1.84）min、（2.2±1.84）d；观察组患者术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间及下床活动时间均明显优于对照组（t=32.152、8.891、23.5、7.41，P<0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率3.66%明显低于对照组13.41%（χ2=6.174，P<0.05）。 结论 在剖宫产产后出血的临床治疗中采用欣母沛联合子宫背带缝合技术，取得良好的临床疗效，提高止血效果，减少术中出血量，缩短手术时间，值得临床进一步推广。

Effect of Hemabate Combined with Suture Uterus Strap Technology on the Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of hemabate combined with suture uterus strap technology on the postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods 164 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017， were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 82 cases in each， the control group were treated with oxytocin combined with traditional suture， while the observation group were treated with hemabate combined with suture uterus strap technology， and the clinical curative effect and incidence rate of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount， length of stay， operation time and time to get out of bed in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group， which were respectively （881.4±93.5）mL，（12.7±2.5）d，（78.8±18.6）min，（4.3±1.4）d in the control group，（t=32.152， 8.891， 23.5， 7.41， P<0.05）， and the incidence rate of complications after surgery in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group，（3.66% vs 13.41%），（χ2=6.174， P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of hemabate combined with suture uterus strap technology on the postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is good， which can improve the hemostatic effect， reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount and shorten the operation time， and it is worth clinical promotion.

产后出血作为产科一种常见并发症，也是妇女死亡重要原因，随着近年来剖宫产手术数量不断增加，与此同时产妇产后出血风险也随之增加，如及时有效止血则可以降低产妇并发症率和死亡率[1]。该组就针对该院2015年9月—2017年9月接受并实施剖宫产，产后出血患者164例作为该组研究对象，采用欣母沛联合子宫背带缝合技术，对其临床疗效进行探讨，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
