善用“四字诀”确保自学考试“善做善成”

摘要： 无锡是一个有代表性的城市。据2016年统计，无锡市户籍人口全省排名第10、常住人口全省排名第6，自学考试报考规模却全省排名第3，每年均在5万人次左右，自学考试毕业生多年保持在3500人左右。因此，开展“指向自学考试可持续发展的调查研究”，进而拿出真正能推动自考事业可持续发展的真知灼见，不仅对无锡有意义，对其他地区自考事业的可持续发展，也有积极意义。本文是课题组研究成果之一，重点指向无锡高职高专院校开展自学考试专接本工作，初步总结了“谋”、“宣”、“严”、“新”四字诀的善用，是确保自学考试在高职高专院校“善做善成”的关键。

Abstract： According to statistics in 2016， Wuxi's household registration population ranks 10th in the province， and its resident population ranks sixth in the province， while the self-study examination ranks third in the province in terms of the scale of application， with an annual average of about 50，000 person-times， and the number of graduates of the self-study examination has remained at about 3500 for many years. Therefore， to carry out the "Survey Research on the Sustainable Development of Self-Study Exams" and to come up with real insights that can truly promote the sustainable development of the Self-Study Examination will not only make sense for Wuxi， but also have positive significance for the sustainable development of self-taught examinations in other regions. This article is one of the research results of the research group， focusing on Wuxi higher vocational colleges to carry out self-study exams to pick up this work， and initially summarizes the use of the four words "Mou"， "Xuan"， "Yan"， and "New". It is the key to ensure that the self-study examination can be done well in higher vocational colleges.

0 引言

无锡是一座小城。根据江苏省2016年统计年鉴数据显示，全市总面积为4627平方公里，其中水面面积为1342平方公里，位列江苏省13个地级市第11位。户籍总人口480.97万人，排在江苏省第10位。无锡是一座自学考试大城。根据江苏省2016自学考试年度报告数据显示，全市自学考试报考规模46921人次，位列江苏省第3位。其中自学考试专接本报考规模12766人次，亦位列江苏省第3位。

何以“小中生大”？何以让本科资源欠缺的无锡，硬是每年多了3500人左右的高校毕业生，为无锡经济建设和社会发展贡献力量？带着这样的疑问，省“十三五”规划课题组坚持问题导向，走进无锡各高职高专院，认认真真做调研，扎扎实实淘真金，初步总结了“四字诀”的善用，是确保自学考试在高职高专院校“善做善成”的关键。……
