校企合作课程的开发设计与实施

摘要：校企合作是提升高职教育尤其是实践性教学效果的有效途径之一，职业教育的校企合作与工学结合是高等职业教育改革与发展的战略方向与手段，也是教学创新与改革的重要任务。本文主要研究了如何在现实条件下最大程度找到校企双方利益的契合方式，强化产学合作实施效能，以适应教学、科研、生产相互渗透、相互融合的一体化趋势，实现稳定、长期、深入、有效而可持续的合作。

Development，design and implementation of school enterprise cooperation course

------- Taking Enterprise Logistics Operation flow as an example

Abstract School-enterprise cooperation is one of the effective ways to improve the effect of higher vocational education，especially practical teaching. The cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of work and learning in vocational education are the strategic direction and means for the reform and development of higher vocational education，as well as the important task of teaching innovation and reform. This paper mainly studies the way how to fit in the real conditions to find the maximum interests of both sides and enterprises，strengthening the cooperation of the implementation of efficiency，to adapt to the teaching，scientific research，production integration，mutual penetration，mutual integration to achieve stable，long-term，thorough，effective and sustainable cooperation.

一、引言

職业教育的校企合作与工学结合是高等职业教育改革与发展的战略方向与手段，也是教学创新与改革的重要任务。根据职业教育改革的要求与教育规律，如何在现实条件下最大程度找到校企双方利益的契合方式，强化产学合作实施效能，以适应教学、科研、生产相互渗透、相互融合的一体化趋势，实现稳定、长期、深入、有效而可持续的合作是本文研究的主要内容。

校企合作是我国高职教育中去往“现代学徒制”改革的必由途径。推进过程与实施效果，高度依赖于所采用的具体培养模式以及所依托的课程。本文在物流管理专业与物流行业校企合作实践这个背景下，从现阶段高等职业教育物流管理人才的就业需求出发，在互利原则与现有体制下，开发设计了《企业物流运营流程》这门校企合作课程。

二、课程设计的原则

校企合作课程我们选择了物流管理专业大二课程《企业物流运营流程实务》作为改革示例，进行了系统的“课程交叉融入”与“工学交替模式”课程改革实践。……
