舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期的应用效果

[摘要]目的 探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术围术期的应用效果。方法 选取我院2016年4月～2018年2月收治的40例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为研究对象，按照随机号码表抽取样本的方法分为观察组（20例）与对照组（20例）。对照组采用传统护理方法，观察组采用舒适护理方法。比较两组的手术时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度情况。结果 观察组手术时间为（96.15±2.84）min，对照组手术时间为（98.05±2.37）min，两组的手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组非常满意率、护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理能减少术后并发症的发生，提高护理非常满意率、护理总满意度，有较高的应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 40 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from April 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects. The sampling methods were divided into the observation group 20 cases and the control group 20 cases. The control group was adopted the traditional nursing method and the observation was group adopted the comfortable nursing method. The operative time， the total incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was （96.15+2.84） min， and the operation time of the control group was （98.05+2.37） min. The difference of the operation time of the two groups was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）， and the very satisfactory rate and total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce postoperative complications， improve the rate of nursing satisfaction and nursing satisfaction.

子宮肌瘤是女性生殖器官中常见的良性肿瘤之一，也叫做子宫纤维瘤。子宫肌瘤多因子宫平滑肌细胞增生而成，因此，称为子宫平滑肌瘤更为准确，简称子宫肌瘤[1]。子宫肌瘤多采取手术治疗。现阶段，医学技术的发展，微创技术的不断成熟，使腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术成为治疗子宫肌瘤的常用方法。在治疗中，配合适当的护理干预，能够提高预后，改善患者的生活质量。本研究对我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者采取了舒适护理干预，获得了满意效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料
