泌尿系结石的中西医结合治疗及护理

【摘 要】目的：探究泌尿系结石的中西医结合治疗及护理方法。方法：选取50例患者采用中西医结合治疗及护理对患者进行治疗和护理。治疗完成后检查并确定该疗法的疗效。结果：33例位患者被成功治愈，有效12例，结石未排出，但尿检结果恢复正常，B超复查时结石有下降现象;无效5例，结石未排出，B超检查无变化。结论：在泌尿系结石的治疗中中西医结合治疗及护理具有较好的疗效和较高的应用价值，值得推广。

Treatment and Nursing of Urinary Calculi with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract： .Objective：To explore the treatment and nursing methods of urinary calculi with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method：50patients were selected for treatment and nursing with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Check after treatment and determine the efficacy of the treatment.Result：33cases were cured successfully，12cases were effective，the stone was not discharged，but the results of urine examination returned to normal，and the stone decreased when the B-mode ultrasound reexamined;5cases were ineffective，the stone was not discharged，and the B-mode ultrasonography did not change.Conclusion：In the treatment of urinary calculi，the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing has better curative effect and higher application value，which is worthy of promotion.

泌尿系结石属于泌尿外科的常见疾病之一，通常是指患者的肾、膀胱或者输尿管等部位出现砂石样的病理性产物，因此临床上以结石所在部位的不同为标准对泌尿系结石做出了更为精细的划分，分别为肾结石、膀胱结石和输尿管结石[1]。根据相关研究显示，究其形成的具体原因存在一定的困难，引起结石的因素多种多样，不仅与患者所在地的外在环境，包括气候条件、水质等有关，对于患者自身来讲，日常生活中的水分摄入、饮食特点等也回产生一定的影响，除此以外，若患者体内的代谢系统发生异常导致钙、磷、尿酸、枸橼酸、镁成分无法正常参与人体代谢循环，也易引起泌尿系结石的发生，尤其与钙的代谢异常关系密切[2]。在临床上，治疗该病的有效方法即进行手术治疗。但是因为手术的费用高，加之其伴随的高风险性，往往会使患者出现一些焦虑、紧张的情绪，不利于获得最佳的手术效果。……
