新时代高校党建工作如何促进教师师德师风建设

【摘 要】我国高校实行的是党委领导下的校长负责制，党建工作扎实到位，高校各方面发展才能平稳顺畅。加强高校师德师风建设必须以党的建设为指导，充分发挥党组织的核心作用;以党建工作促师德师风教育，有效推进教师展现出良好的职业道德和师资风范，从而真正推进新时代高校教育事业的创新发展。

【Abstract】The principal's responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee is practiced in Chinese universities. Only when the Party construction work is in place， can all aspects of the development of universities be steady and smooth. In order to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics in colleges and universities， we must take the Party's construction as the guidance and give full play to the core role of the Party organization. Promoting the education of teachers' ethics and style through Party building can effectively promote teachers to show good professional ethics and teachers' demeanor， so as to truly promote the innovative development of college education in the new era.

1 引言

“百年大计，教育为本;教育大计，教师为本”。我国高校实行的是党委领导下的校长负责制，党建工作扎实到位，高校各方面发展才能平稳顺畅。因此，笔者认为，加强高校师德师风建设必须以党的建设为指导，充分发挥党组织的核心作用，把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为办学治校的根本遵循，不断推进教师展现出良好的职业风范，从而真正推进新时代高校教育事业的创新发展。

2 新时代高校教育事业创新发展，必须以党建工作为指导

2.1 积极促进党建工作与师德师风同频建设

“育才造土，为国之本”教师这一职业备受社会尊重，在全社会拥有良好的社会形象，离不开教师崇高的师德和奉献精神。抓好高校教师队伍的建设，有效发挥高校“人才孵化器”的重要作用，将全面加强素质教育变为现实，必须把树立正确的师德师风，加强师德素质和专业水平放在首位。因此，高校的领导者应高度重视党建和师德师风建设相结合的重……
