痰湿质2型糖尿病患者实施中医体质护理的效果评价

【摘要】 目的：探討痰湿质2型糖尿病患者实施中医体质护理的效果。方法：选择2016年6月-2017年6月于本院检查并行治疗的痰湿质2型糖尿病患者120例，根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为体质护理组（n=60）和常规护理组（n=60），两组患者治疗方式相同，体质护理组患者采用中医体质护理干预，而常规护理组采用常规护理干预，干预8周后对比两组患者治疗效果、干预前后体质转化评分情况、糖尿病相关检测指标及血脂相关指标之间的差异。结果：体质护理组治疗总有效率显著高于常规护理组（P<0.05）;体质护理组干预后基本符合率显著低于常规护理组（P<0.05）;体质护理组干预后空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标均显著低于常规护理组（P<0.05），两组患者干预后体质指数及餐后2 h血糖无比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;体质护理组干预后三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白显著低于常规护理组，而高密度脂蛋白显著高于常规护理组（P<0.05），两组患者干预后总胆固醇值比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：中医体质护理能提升痰湿质2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果，同时改善其体质及血脂相关指标，对此类疾病患者护理效果较好。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of implementing TCM constitutional care for patients with phlegm-dampness type 2 diabetes.Method：A total of 120 patients with phlegm-dampness type 2 diabetes who were treated concurrently in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled.All patients were divided into physical care group and routine care group according to the random number table method，60 cases in each group.The treatment of the two groups was the same，the physical care group was given TCM constitutional nursing intervention，while the routine nursing group was given routine nursing intervention.After 8 weeks of intervention，the effect of the treatment，the conversion of the body before and after the intervention，the indicators related to diabetes，and the indicators related to blood lipids of two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the physical care group was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group（P<0.05）.The basic compliance rate of the physical nursing group was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group（P<0.05）.The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin indexes in the physical care group were significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the body mass index and postprandial 2 h blood glucose（P>0.05）.The triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein were significantly lower in the physical care group than in the conventional care group，while the high-density lipoprotein was significantly higher than the conventional care group（P<0.05）.There were no significant difference in total cholesterol between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion：TCM constitutional nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with phlegm-dampness type 2 diabetes，and improve their physical and blood lipid related indicators.
