危机管理方案在心血管疾病急诊护理管理中的应用

【摘要】 目的：分析危机管理方案在心血管疾病急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法：以2017年8月-2018年8月本院急诊收治的82例心血管疾病患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，每组41例。对照组施予常规护理管理，试验组于此基础上施予危机管理方案。对比分析两组危机事件发生情况、护理管理质量及患者满意度情况。结果：护理管理后，试验组危机事件发生率（2.44%）低于对照组（14.63%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组各项护理管理质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）;试验组满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：于心血管疾病急诊护理管理中展开危机管理方案有助于防范危机事件，提升护理管理质量及满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the application effect of crisis management plan in emergency nursing management of cardiovascular disease.Method：A total of 82 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method，41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management，and the experimental group was given crisis management plan on the basis of the control group.The situation of crisis event，nursing management quality and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Result：After the nursing management，the incidence of crisis event in the experimental group（2.44%）was lower than that of the control group（14.63%），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The each nursing management quality score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.The satisfaction degree in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Crisis management plan in emergency nursing management of cardiovascular disease can help to preventing crisis events，improve the quality of nursing management and satisfaction degree.

心血管疾病近年來较为多发，且呈现出年轻化态势，已成为影响人类健康的常见病症之一[1]。心血管疾病不仅具有普遍性，而且病情较为复杂，同时变化速度快，急诊治疗难度大，医疗纠纷发生风险较高。急诊护理管理工作中，受工作强度大、经验不足、危机意识缺乏等因素影响，危机事件时有发生，导致急诊护理管理水平受到影响，然而护理管理质量直接影响急诊治疗效果[2-3]。对此，为确保心血管疾病急诊治疗患者安全，需选用适合心血管疾病急诊患者的护理管理方案。危机管理方案强调正视护理管理工作中已经存在或者潜在性危机，针对各种危机加强针对性管理，实现对危机事件的预防，控制其影响力[4-5]。近年来，本院心血管疾病急诊护理管理工作中已引入危机管理方案，为分析其效果，此次以2017年8月-2018年8月本院急诊收治的82例心血管疾病患者作为探究对象展开分析，旨在进一步提升护理管理工作水平，现报道如下。……
