影响尿液检验结果的原因分析与防范措施

【摘 要】目的：分析影响尿液检验结果的原因分析与防范措施。方法：随机选取2015年1月至2015年12月之间我院开展尿检的500例样本，分析检验结果个过程，找出影响尿检结果的原因并提出对应的防范措施。结果：500例标本中出现结果误差的标本有13例，主要原因包括标本采集因素4例、保存和运送因素4例、患者自身2例、实验室因素3例。根据上述因素对尿检现有制度与流程进行优化，改进实验室管理手段。结论：临床中对尿检结果造成影响的因素有很多，医院应当引起重视并采取针对性的措施予以解决，从而提高尿检的准确性和可靠性。

【Abstract】objective：to analyze the causes and preventive measures affecting urine test Results. Methods： 500 samples of urine test carried out in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected. The process of test Results was analyzed the causes of influencing urine test Results were found out and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward. Results of the 500 specimens 13 were found to have errors in the Results including 4 cases of sample collection 4 cases of preservation and transportation 2 cases of patients themselves and 3 cases of laboratory factors. According to the above factors the existing system and process of urine examination were optimized and the laboratory management means were improved. Conclusion： in clinic There are many factors affecting the urinary test Results. The hospital should pay attention and take targeted measures to solve it so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of the urinary test.

1 資料与方法

1.1一般资料

随机选取2015年1月至2015年12月之间我院开展尿检的500例样本，分析检验结果，其中有男性患者268例、女性232例;年龄在18-76岁之间，平均为（43.61±8.84）岁。

1.2方法

所有尿液标本严格按照送检流程，由专业的检验人员进行核查与分析，并就影响尿液检验的因素进行排查，做出相应的统计。

2 结果

500例标本中出现结果误差的标本有13例，占标准总数的2.6%，主要原因包括标本采集因素4例（30.77%）、保存和运送因素4例（30.77%）、患者自身2例（15.38%）、实验室因素3例（23.08%）。

3 讨论

尿液检验学临床三大基础检验方式之一，对患者的生理病理状态具有较好的诊断作用，在很多疾病的诊断和病情评估中具有重要的参考价值。本文通过分析发现，影响尿液检验结果的因素主要有标本采集因素、标本的保存与运送、实验室检查以及患者自身因素。……
