观察心理护理模式对鼻窦炎患者负面情绪的影响

摘要：目的：探讨观察心理护理模式对鼻窦炎患者负面情绪的影响因素。方法：三甲中医院选取2016年7月到2018年12月门诊部收治的300例鼻窦炎患者为主要的研究病例，以回顾的方式将全部患者分成研究组和对照组，每组150例。对照组对患者使用常规的护理模式，将患者的血压、体重等指标进行测量，并填写记录好护理单等工作。研究组在常规护理的基础上采用观察心理护理模式^[1]。比较两组患者的SAS、SDS、NRS评分。结果：比较两组患者的SAS、SDS、NRS评分，研究组的评分为SAS（9.79±0.22）、SDS（9.88±0.24）、NRS（1.38±0.36），对照组的评分为SAS（12.79±0.31）、SDS（12.88±0.25）、NRS（4.34±0.89），研究组的心理护理模式明显改善了患者的负面情绪及疼痛感，组间相较差异有（P<0.05）统计学意义存在，可做对比分析。结论：鼻窦炎患者采用心理护理模式有助于大大改善负面情绪及疼痛感，可明显调节患者的心理情况，可在临床上推广使用。

Observing the effect of psychological nursing mode on negative emotions of patients with sinusitis

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the factors influencing the negative emotions of patients with sinusitis by psychological nursing mode. METHODS：Three patients with sinusitis admitted to the outpatient department from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the main study cases. All patients were divided into study group and control group，150 cases in each group. The control group used the routine nursing mode to measure the patient's blood pressure，body weight and other indicators，and filled in the work of recording the nursing list. The research team used the observational psychological care model based on routine nursing [1]. The SAS，SDS，and NRS scores of the two groups were compared. RESULTS：The SAS，SDS，and NRS scores of the two groups were compared. The scores of the study group were SAS（9.79±0.22），SDS（9.88±0.24），and NRS（1.38±0.36）. The score of the control group was SAS（12.79±0.31）.），SDS（12.88±0.25），NRS（4.34±0.89），the psychological nursing model of the study group significantly improved the negative emotions and pain of the patients. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups（P<0.05）. Do a comparative analysis. Conclusion：The use of psychological nursing mode in patients with sinusitis can greatly improve negative emotions and pain，and can significantly adjust the psychological condition of patients，which can be promoted clinically.

本文將我院多年的临床资料进行收集研究，具有针对性的归纳出合理的心理护理鼻窦炎方案，现做如下简要的报道。

1.资料与方法

1.1基础资料

三甲中医院选取2016年7月到2018年12月门诊部收治的300例鼻窦炎患者为主要的研究病例，纳入及排除标准：（1）患者在进行保守治疗鼻窦炎之前需要进行临床检查，经确诊为鼻窦炎症状;（2）将合并患有严重血液疾病予以排除;（3）将鼻窦炎术具有禁忌的指征患者给予排除^[2]。以回顾的方式将全部患者分成研究组和对照组，每组150例，其中对照组男性80例，女性70例，年龄18-51岁，平均年龄（27.56±4.2）岁;研究组男性85例，女性65例，年龄17-52岁，平均年龄（28.6±4.3）岁。比较两组患者的年龄、性别等基础资料，没有差异（P>0.05）统计学意义不存在，两组患者皆知晓研究内容自愿签署了《知情同意书》。
