新形势下技工学校德育工作的实践与探索

摘 要：技工学校通过推行常规的学校德育工作，应当可以达到学生道德素养明显提升的目标，确保符合现阶段德育工作的宗旨。技工学校能否达到较好的德育实践效果，其直接关系到学生心态以及人格的塑造。在此前提下，作为技工学校有必要认识到推行德育工作的价值与意义，确保运用相应的方式与手段来获得较好的德育工作综合效果。

[Abstract]Technical schools conducting routine moral work is likely to achieve the goal of obviously improving students' moral as well as to conform to the purpose of moral education at the present stage.Whether a better effect of moral education at technical schools can be achieved has a direct effect in shaping students' mentality and personality.On this premise，as technical schools，it is necessary to recognize the value and significance of carrying out moral education，and to ensure that appropriate ways and means are used to achieve a better comprehensive effect of moral education.

德育工作的基本思路在于塑造學生的良好性格以及高尚品格，并且对于学生当前面对的心理健康难题进行全面的消除[1] 。进入新时期后，技工学校需要做到应对现阶段的复杂形势，从而做到将德育工作贯穿在技工学校当前的各项日常工作中。同时，技工学校也要切实做到德育教育的全面强化，最终保证技工学校学生都能够拥有健康与乐观的良好心态，创建和谐愉悦的校园整体氛围。

一、技工学校学生当前现存的典型问题

对于技工学校而言，学生德育工作的基本内涵在于增强对于技校学生的德育引导，并且运用开设德育课程、开展德育专门讲座以及学生心理疏导等方式，进而确保技校学生能够明确最基本的正确道德观念，提升自身的道德素养。从目前的现状来看，技工学校对于开展学生德育实践主要体现为如下的典型问题：
