应用型本科院校图书馆纸质期刊利用率提高的探析

摘要：近年来，随着网络技术的发达，特别是电子期刊的普及，使得高校图书馆纸质期刊阅读量持续下降，利用率比较低，导致纸质期刊资源的浪费。对此，针对应用型本科院校，提出纸质期刊利用率提高的工作模式，从采购者、服务者、读者3个不同的角色共同努力，以期提高纸质期刊的利用率。

Periodicals in the Libraries of Application-Oriented Universities

Abstract：

In recent years， with the development of network technology， especially the popularization of electronic periodicals， the reading quantity of paper periodicals in university libraries has been declining continuously， and the utilization rate is relatively low， leading to the waste of paper periodical resources. In view of this，a working mode for improving the utilization rate of paper periodicals for application-oriented undergraduate universities was proposed. The three different roles of purchaser， server and reader work together to improve the utilization rate of paper periodicals and accelerate the transformation to application-oriented undergraduate universities to some extent.

推动部分本科高校向应用型转变，是党中央、国务院重大决策部署，是教育领域人才供给侧结构性改革的重要内容。教育部、国家发展改革委、财政部出台了《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》（教发〔2015〕7号）[1]，明确提出引导高校从治理结构、专业体系、课程内容、教学方式、师资结构等方面进行全方位、系统性改革。高校图书馆作为重要的教辅部门，为师生的人才培养、科研和教学提供有力支持。因此，在向应用型本科转变中，图书馆也应该紧跟学校发展步伐，围绕应用型、技术技能型人才的培养，结合区域经济社会发展和产教融合的发展模式，助力向应用型高校转变。期刊是图书馆重要资源，它在高校教学和科研中占据着重要地位。随着信息化时代的到来，数字出版发展迅猛，特别是电子期刊，它方便获取，便于存储，弥补了传统纸质期刊的缺陷，导致了纸质期刊阅读量直线下降，但是纸质期刊也有着电子期刊无法比拟的优点，如符合大众传统阅读习惯、利于眼部健康、阅读同时可直接做笔记、不受网络等因素限制。……
