美国一流学科的逻辑理路与发展实践

摘  要：近年来，高等教育的质量问题越来越受到社会各界的积极关注，学科水平影响着教学质量、人才培养质量，正所谓“学科强，则大学强;学科弱，则大学弱”。世界一流大学的一流性就体现在其拥有世界一流水平的高质量学科。美国教育之所以吸引各国学子，就是因为通过百余年的学科发展，其学科发展逐渐成为全球一流的典范。学科发展有其自身发展规律，美国学科的一流化发展也不是一蹴而就，通过研究表面，一流学科是有其学科严禁与发展的逻辑可循，一流学科的发展总是要沿着国家社会发展现状，国家政策，国家生产力等逻辑前进。

Abstract： In recent years， the quality of higher education has received more and more active attention from all sectors of society， discipline level affects the quality of teaching， talent training quality， the so-called "strong discipline， strong university; weak subject， weak university ". The first-class nature of world-class universities is reflected in their world-class disciplines of high quality. The reason why American education attracts students from all over the world is that after more than a hundred years of academic development， its academic development has gradually become a global first-class model. Discipline development has its own development rules， and the first-class development of American discipline is not achieved overnight. According to the surface of research， first-class discipline has its own logic of discipline prohibition and development. The development of first-class discipline always follows the logic of national social development status， national policies and national productivity.

一所高校的聲誉主要受科研成果、师资力量等因素影响，而其中最基本的因素就是学科发展水平。高校学科的水平影响着为社会提供服务的人才质量，大学的一流化与学科的一流化是密不可分的，不得不承认一所高校教育影响力能够从学科影响力上反映出来。学科建设水平是高校教育水平和办学水平的主要标志，建设一流大学的前提条件是要建设具有一流水平的学科。一所高校一流学科的形成一定是各种影响因素最优化的集成，美国高等教育机构林立，层次多样、类型复杂，是当今世界上最具多样性的高等教育体系之一，美国在高等教育上的建树值得世界各国参考借鉴，其学科一流化的发展逻辑对各国一流学科的建成是有借鉴价值，对于学科的研究不应该只是从表面观察，学科的发展也是有历史轨迹可循，学科的发展是一个复杂的系统工程，是在各种因素相互作用之下，最终达到学科一流化的标准。……
