高等院校科研实验室管理模式的探索与思考

摘  要：高等院校科研实验室的有效管理，不仅能够降低实验室的运行成本，还能提升科研创新能力，促进高校快速稳步发展。本文就当前高等院校科研实验室管理中存在的弊端进行了分析，探索和思考了利用健全实验室安全制度、加强专业技术人才队伍建设、完善经费管理制度、加大实验室开放共享制度、定制智能化实验室管理系统等举措来改进实验室管理模式，为未来高等院校科研实验室的建设和发展提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract： The effective management of the scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities can not only reduce the operating cost of laboratories， but also improve the capability of innovation for scientific research and promote the rapid and steady development of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the shortcomings existing in the management of scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities， and deeply explores and considers about improving the laboratories management mode by improving the laboratories safety system， strengthening the construction of professional and technical personnel team， improving the fund management system， increasing the opening and sharing system of laboratories， and customizing the intelligent laboratory management system， which provides reference for the construction and development of scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities in the future.

2015年10月24日，国务院印发《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》，决定统筹推进建设世界一流大学和一流学科，其中的一项重要建设任务就是提升科学研究水平。故高等院校如何有效管理科研实验室，提升其科研水平，为地区培养专业人才进而更好地为高校的快速稳步发展贡献力量，这对于高等院校的长期发展来说，既是机遇，又是挑战。本文就当前高等院校科研实验室管理中存在的弊端进行了分析，探索和思考了从健全实验室安全制度、加强专业技术人才队伍建设、完善经费管理制度、加大实验室开放共享制度、定制智能化实验室管理系统等举措来改进实验室管理模式，为未来高等院校科研实验室的建设和发展提供了借鉴和参考。

1  传统高等院校科研实验室管理方面存在的弊端
