大学生创新创业教学改革实施方案探讨

摘  要：创新创业教育是适应新形势下经济社会对人才需求和高等教育改革需要的一种新的教育模式。在分析工业设计专业人才培养的需求和现状的基础上，从课程体系改革、开放创新实践教学平台等多方面提出工业设计专业大学生创新创业的实施方案，从而促进高校工业设计创新创业人才的培养以及教育进程的实施，加强大学生创新精神和创业意识的培养。

Abstract： Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new education mode to adapt to the new situation of economic and social demands for talents and the reform of higher education. In this paper， the industrial design demand and status of talent cultivation are analyzed， and put forward an industrial design professional innovative undertaking plan for students in university， which includes reforming curriculum system， increasing innovation entrepreneurship， reform the traditional teaching model and opening innovation practice teaching platform and so on. These planes have promoted the industrial design innovative entrepreneurial talent training and the implementation of the education process， and strengthen the cultivation of student's innovation consciousness and entrepreneurship.

伴随着国际先进教学理念的引入以及社会经济的快速发展，同其他高等教育一样，我国的工业设计高等教育正经历或面临着巨大改革的挑战，甚至已经开展了一系列的探索性改革工作，并取得了一定的成效。但还存在许多不能满足和适应社会需求和学生全面发展的地方，如怎样借鉴国外先进教学经验，并切实结合我国人才培养需求的实际，培养具有创新意识和创业能力的人才，就是目前工业设计高等教育面临的一个重要挑战和变革机遇[1]。

创新创业教育是适应新形势下经济社会对人才需求和高等教育改革需要的一种新的教育模式[2]。“十二五”期间教育部发布了多个创新创业的文件指南，并实施了国家級大学生创新创业训练计划，以促进高等学校转变教育思想观念，改革人才培养模式，强化创新创业能力训练，增强高校学生的创新能力和在创新基础上的创业能力，培养适应创新型国家建设需要的高水平创新人才[3]。……
