互联网对农产品物流产业带来了全新的思路,考虑到传统物流成本过高、质量安全无法保障、农产品浪费严重的问题,要充分引入物联网、大数据技术和手段,设计和构建农产品智慧物流体系,推进和完善基于物联网的农产品智慧物流系统,提高农产品智慧物流企业的绩效性。
1 物联网下农产品物流相关概述
农产品物流是供需双方之间以销售而进行的农产品实体流动,包括农产品运输、存储、流通、加工等活动,体现出自身的特殊性,尤其是鲜活农产品的收获贮藏、装卸运输有其独特的特性,对物流运送的要求较高,特别在筛选、清洁、分级、包装、预冷等环节中,对物流的要求较高,是整个农产品物流供应链上的重要环节[1],为此要有效降低农产品在流通期间的产品消耗,确保农产品新鲜质优。
