乡村旅游社区外来女性旅游从业人员创业动机研究

【摘   要】 近年来，伴随着乡村旅游的蓬勃发展，女性多途径、多角色的积极参与旅游创业活动，成为乡村旅游开发的重要主体。乡村女性参与旅游创业，不仅增加了经济收入，也一定程度提升其社会地位、推动乡村发展。研究针对成都市蒲江县明月村外来女性旅游从业人员创业动机进行了研究，通过明月村外来女性进行旅游创业的现状的实证调研，分析影响女性旅游创业的动机因素，对乡村旅游发展中为女性创业提供更好条件提出建议，以促进明月村乡村旅游发展和女性创业条件的改善。

Study on the Entrepreneurial Motivation of Female Tourism Practitioners from Rural Tourism Communities—A Case Study of Mingyue Village

[Abstract] In recent years，with the booming development of rural tourism，women

actively participate in tourism entrepreneurship activities through multiple channels and roles，becoming an important subject of rural tourism development. Rural women's participation in tourism entrepreneurship not only increases economic income，but also improves their social status and promotes rural development to a certain extent. Study foreign women in pujiang country of chengdu bright moon village tourism practitioners are studied，entrepreneurial motivation through the bright moon village of the status of female entrepreneurship in tourism empirical research，analysis of entrepreneurial motivation factors affect women tourism，for female entrepreneurship in rural tourism development put forward the proposal to provide better conditions，so as to promote the moon village rural tourism development and the improvement of conditions of female entrepreneurship.

黨的“十八大”报告几次提到关于就业、创新创业的相关内容，指出“推动实现更高质量的就业，促进创业带动就业，支持青年创业”。近年来，发展众创、众扶、众筹等新模式，网络化、智能化、服务化的产业发展新形态，为女性创业带来了新机遇。女性创业者不断涌现，并在旅游业发展中占有不可忽视的比例。创业动机作为创业者的内在驱动力，也成为学术界关注的热点话题。本文选取第一批全国乡村旅游重点村——成都蒲江县甘溪镇明月村为案例研究地，对明月村外来女性创业的现状展开研究，通过调查影响外来女性创业者的旅游创业动机和其影响因素，对如何为外来女性旅游从业人员的创业活动提供更好条件提出了相应对策建议。……
