基于应用型园艺专业人才培养模式的探索与实践

【摘   要】 针对地方本科院校园艺专业人才培养模式存在的问题，根据地方园艺行业对应用型园艺专业人才需求，进行了园艺专业“四段式能力递进”人才培养模式的探索和实践，提高毕业生园艺专业技术的应用能力，为园艺行业培养高素质应用型的专业人才。

Exploration and Practice of Cultivation Model for Applied Horticulture Professionals——Take Shangqiu College as an example

[Abstract] In view of the problems existing in the training mode of campus arts professionals in local undergraduate colleges， according to the demand of applied horticulture professionals in local horticulture industry， the exploration and practice of "four-stage ability progressive" talent training mode of horticulture specialty is carried out to improve the application ability of graduates'horticulture specialty technology and to train high-quality applied professionals for horticulture industry.

园艺产业是我国农业种植结构中的重要组成部分，在推进农业产业结构调整，促进农业经济繁荣等方面发挥着重要作用。培养应用型园艺专业人才，为地方园艺产业的发展和农业现代化建设提供人才支撑，只有构建应用型人才培养模式，才能培养出适应地方经济发展需求的园艺专业高素质应用型人才。

作为地方本科院校涉农专业的商丘学院园艺专业，是为地方园艺产业的发展培养掌握园艺、园林植物生长发育、栽培技术和经营管理的基础知识与技能，能够从事园艺植物现代化生产、育苗工程、园林工程等方面工作的高素质应用型人才。但受传统人才培养模式的影响，在人才培养上存在着重理论轻实践、实践教学环节与生产实际脱节、实践教学经费投入不足、来自行业实践指导教师较少等问题，影响了园艺专业学生的综合素质和实践能力的培养。为满足地方园艺产业快速发展对应用型人才的需求，商丘学院园艺专业根据园艺专业应用型人才的培养目标，校企合作构建了……
